WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Not impressed or satisfied with service in Augusta Me location. Kid was on his phone not paying to customers. Tech said he would call when laptop was ready. He did not. I requested laptop to be cleaned when dropped off for an update on all programs and spent nearly 300$. Laptop was not cleaned. I have asked now twice that a supervisor call me. No one has called to discuss this with me. It has now been 8 days, still no call from supervisor.

Chris the manager refusing to talk to my wife and I like we are human beings. I’ve never in my life, met a more rude and condescending human being that has been put in a management position. My wife is a teacher and we have shopped at staples for years but we were in Augusta for the day and decided to shop at this staples and that was a mistake. Can’t even ask a question without him talking to us like we are in kindergarten. My wife was confused about how to redeem her rewards and after 5 minutes of talking with this man we could care less to use them ever.

Only ok. I ordered a pork burrito with black beans and rice. They asked about salsa and I requested pico de gallo. They said that they didn't have it, they only had salsa. So, I got the medium. This probably should have stopped me. Pico de gallo is easy and great. It it's a testament to freshness. The burrito was underwhelming. The pork was highly shredded, not juicy. The cheese was an oddly flavored shredded orange cheddar. It had an oddly fishy aftertaste I think.... No garlic in the black beans. I think there are four categories of Mexican in Maine: Not edible: Margaritas Edible: like Lisa's Legit Burritos Pretty Good: Chipotle/New Taco Trio/Taco Escobar Transcendent: El Rayo, Sal de la Tierra, old Taco Trio Overall, it was just ok. The burrito tasted a lot like a cold spoonful of cold Newman's Salsa. And I think that their canned salsa is what they count on for flavor. It is nice and clean with nice staff.

Went in to buy a chair, was told an employee called out so there is no employees available to go out back and grab a chair. Why open the store then? Just shut down.

I would give this store a Zero,I went here to purchase 2 HP desktop .. they said none in the warehouse house, next question can I order them at the sale price? Can't get the web site to work. REALLY!I went to the Waterville store and purchased 1 computer that they had, and the other was ordered and I had it the following week! Get some people that know what they're doing.

Chris, the store manager, is very helpful, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. His patience with me as a non-techie has been a lifesaver and encouragement. I had problems with my MS Office 365 program. A message came up that my subscription had expired, but it hadn't. My programs were shut down. He fixed it and took the time with me at no cost because I bought the Staples whatever guarantee when I bought my computer. Penny Morrell, Belgrade, Maine

Got my favorite pen there back in 2000, and all of my coworkers kept stealing it. I was forever in search of my most glorious pen... I am embarrassed to say the price of this damn pen, but it was worth every penny!! Haha! I avoid the pen aisle nowadays!!!

The store employee in printing was so unprofessional and rude. Went in for photocopies and to order mailing labels. The employee looked at like I was a leper. I asked for help in ordering labels and the associate walked away from me very unprofessional.

I didn't have a debit card on me and was told it would be a four hour wait for 4 copies. I had to purchase a 5 dollar gift card to make them myself. I can understand if it were a large order. But 4 copies?

They literally sold me a service they do not have. Which is the classic definition of fraud. They offer same day print services. However without telling you they got rid of it and all their stores in our state. But they collect your money and then send them away to be made. Same day promise turns into 7 days. I went in the associate wouldn't even talk with me he said he doesn't have time and he's sick of dealing with this. The general manager came up and I recognized him as our companies have been doing business with Staples for a very long time. And I was like "aren't you the manager" and he acknowledged he was. I explained to him what was going on and I told him I wanted to talk rather than have him walk away like the other person was doing he said there's nothing he could do. I had to demand my money back and fight. I was at the point of calling my credit card company to inform them that Staples that just stolen from me and finally he called a 1-800 number and after multiple people was able to give me my money back. It's flat out stealing and fraud. They're aware of a problem and they just continue to take people some money. The manager literally was laughing at the phone how they were saying they wouldn't be able to do anything and he's like it's a flat out deception to the customer. My situation I feel like needs to be referred to the attorney general. Because now I won't have the product for my show. But I have receipts and did all my part. Never have I felt so disrespectful in my entire life especially at a professional business such as staples. What a shameful experience.

I ship a lot of packages. It's very convenient being able to drop off both my USPS and UPS packages. Service is quick and I always get a receipt for tracking which usually has coupons attached. Staff is friendly!
