We were very happy with our sales person Rebecca Adler of the Augusta, Maine office.She was very informative and helpful on helping us make a decision on what bed was right for us. We have had our original sleep number bed for 20 years and wound not go anywhere else for a bed. Have always got a great night sleep with our sleep number.

(See update at the end) I purchased a bed for black friday and asked ALL questions. I researched reviews good & bad, asked tons of questions. Rebecca told me the remote came with the bed, I specifically asked since I read some reviews online about it. She said each bed comes with ONE remote. Now the bed has been delivered and no remote. I got in touch with her and she is claiming to never had said that and then just hung up on me and said we can "agree to disagree". I remember the conversation so clearly in the store & that is why i am so upset. If she had said that, then i wouldve bought the remote in the store along with eith the other things i bought. I will be returning this bed due to misinformation & poor customer service. If there is a issue down the road about something , clearly sleep number will not thelp you. I think it's not fair. I was told one thing and now they want me to pay $50 for the remote. The issue is the misinformation., not the remote cost and the fact that they are not even a tad helpful (i spent 45mins on the phone before calling the store to speak with rebecca myself& the rep had said she would not send the remote as included) . I think it a trap to spend more money and some reviews had claimed this as well. Tempurpedic it will be since their customer service reviews were much better. Also the lady on the phone that did an exchange of basestold me the intergrated bed frame height is adjustable and that also is not true.Update: called into customer service again and got a nice rep who actually helped me and is sending the remote free of charge bc that is what I was told and expected. So that is very much appreciated. I will not buy anything from the store in Augusta again that is for sure bc apparently she can't be wrong. So if you buy anything, may want to record conversations, and that's probably with any sales person.

Total scam they send broken products and refuse to refund or fix per their "policies" If you plan to throw money in the trash and buy their stuff read their fine print contracts that they cant wait to have you sign. will never do business with them again big money mistake.

Excellent service and knowledgeable sales person. Jake's knowledge led directly to our purchase of a sleep number bed. Very impressed with the patients of the sales person.

Trina the Manager was totally pressure free and knows the importance of a peaceful sleep. These beds are amazing and I feel fortunate to have one! I'm heading towards the golden years of my life and this bed I believe this will increase the quality of my life, thank you Sleep Number!
