Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service. I went through a checkout line where the cashier forgot to scan my hamburger which I found out when I tried to leave and handed the gentleman my receipt at the door. My options were to except his blank stare or ask him what I’m supposed to do then and he replies with he doesn’t really know but I can go stand in the checkout line all over again. After I told him he could take the meat out of my cart then because I didn’t have time to stand in line all over again I proceeded to call the store and speak with a manager who was also extremely rude and had zero answers for me. I was by no means looking for anything for free but a little common courtesy and customer service would’ve gone a long way.

Sam's club has some great values. This location is usually kept pretty clean in the store area. The only issue I seem to have with this store is when I find something I like and return to purchase it again it's either out of stock or it has been discontinued. Customer service can be hit or miss as expected in a large chain warehouse store but be persistent and you can eventually get assistance or an answer.
