Portland Glass of Augusta was a first class organization from the first contact to getting the window replaced. Safelite was a comedy of errors. I didn't find their incompetence very "funny".

Quick and easy to get windshield replaced. During the test drive, a piece of trim on my vehicle came off (no biggie, these things happen)--the tech communicated this to me and the shop promptly took care of the part replacement. Excellent honest service.
