I just called to have my 14 year old female put to sleep cause she is very ill and because they never seen her they will not take her. This is the only vet I can get to cause no transportation. I said so my choice is to shoot the cat or throw her outside cause I can't bear to see her dying. All they said is I am sorry. My poor cat, I hope she is not in pain.

Absolutely the best place to bring your animals! Pine Tree Vet is full of excellent staff that care about all their clients, even the spicy ones. They also treat their pet parents wonderfully, and provide great customer support. Mr. Kitty has been a patient of theirs for over 10 years, and we have started bringing new members to the family here as well. Thank you Pine Tree!

I had a terrible experience with Pine tree veterinary today. I do not recommend you take any rescue animal there. Knowing my dog was abused in his history they grabbed him by the collar & pulled on his stub tail ( which was cut by a past abuser). I have worked with a trainer for over a year to get him so he could over come fears. They weren’t able to do much because they lost trust.They charged me for a wellness check of over $80 that they couldn’t & did NOT PREFORM because they scared my dog and he hid under their seat.

I have been going to Pine tree veterinary hospital for many years. They have always been friendly with me and my pets. They treat my loved ones like they were theirs. I highly recommend this facility.

Pine Tree has taken phenomenal care of my very old 18 year old cat (Jake) for the past 6 to 7 years. From regular exams to picking up food to diagnosing his kidney disease to his yearly dental cleaning, I can only think of great things to say. I have always felt that the needs of my cat AND the needs of me as his owner are not only routinely met, but exceeded, with a sincerity and empathy that extends beyond basic professionalism. Thank you, Dr. Hathaway, and the entire team at Pine Tree. (Denise, Shannon, Lauren, Jen, Desiree - I know I’m leaving several people out!) It is comforting to know my best little buddy’s health is in such wonderfully capable and caring hands!

Pinetree staff are kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I have multiple dogs and cats. My cattledogs often get in pickles that require a vet. They always work us in immediately for these pickles. They also provide wonderful routine care. Last night the staff all went crazy for the kittens that were left on my doorstep. I felt proud listening to them all gush over my tiny strays.

I was alarmed by the lack of empathy by the staff when we called to have a very ill dog examined. We had traveled from Buffalo to provide comfort to people affected by the recent shooting. When one dog on our team became very ill, we were told that she couldn’t be seen because they “weren’t accepting new clients.” Really??? Turning away a sick dog???? This place may be great if you just need routine care. But if you need a vet in an emergency (especially if you’re from out of town) do your pet a favor and look elsewhere for veterinary care.
