Nice supplies just not so shure about employee I delt with she kept assuming I was buying turtle supplies too raise wild ones no I re homed a painted turtle not like I did anything illegal even if there endangered I think I will be going pet smart from here on out instead dealing with that rude employee with brown hair works in aquatics if she knew anything bout turtles behaviors they don't eat cause there temputure or because of environment that don't mean they don't eat at all she was rude talked alot and was all non sense everything come out was negativity bad customer service terrible knowledge is why only 2 stars why work with animals if your un educated and are rude too customers accusing them you outta be fired

After I picked up my dog from being groomed at Petco for the second time, she behaved as if she had been traumatized when she got home. She wouldn't eat; hid under the couch and kept sitting down every few steps. I had been told by Petco groomer, "She did great." Obviously, something had happened to frighten my dog. She was not the same little dog I brought in there. She is usually very social and enjoys other dogs. Today at doggy daycare, she was trembling when we arrived. (It has been 2 days since grooming at Petco). I am distressed beyond measure about this. I no longer trust the grooming part of Petco to keep my dog safe.
