I bought a used car 6 months ago from salesman Zach messaged him months ago to let him know I was having issues he never got back to me I got my car in today to be told breaks and rotors need to be replaced Zach stated they installed new ones before sales and I would be responsible for the repair cost I have never owned a vehicle where I have had to change breaks in 6 months 5000 miles I would not recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever go back!!!!!

Came in for a routine maintenance issue they notified me about a few months ago. They ruined my car I only bought a year ago so much that it isn't worth the cost of repairs anymore.

When you hear the phrase, "It's all about the money", that would be a very accurate description of our experience at O'Conner VW. We purchased a 2020 Jetta on October 8, 2021. All went smoothly with sales and finance. Once we signed on the dotted line we were escorted to the waiting room and told that the car would be serviced, inspected and be brought out for us shortly. There we sat for two hours. No explanation, no communication...we just sat and waited. When the car finally showed up out front we went out, got in and left. While riding home we found a couple things that we were concerned about and so once home I emailed the salesman. We were told upon leaving to be in touch with any questions, "just shoot me an email if you have any questions or needs at all." I got no response so emailed again the next day. No response. Within a few days with no response my husband called O'Conner VW and had to hang up before the call was answered. After seeing our number on caller ID, (I assume) only then did we get a call from the salesman saying that he was just going to contact us. Our problems/concerns were explained and my husband was told the salesman would get back to him once he had looked into it. In the month since then we have heard nothing from O'Conner VW. We're left to assume that in this situation, it IS all about the money. We have purchased more cars than most, from many dealerships in our 30+ years together and both agree that we this is not the type of customer service that we have been used to. Disappointing.

Worst car buying and service experience in my 65 years of life. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Everything about this dealership is off.

Recently bought my 2021 Atlas from O’Connors as a returning customer.. bought my 2018 Tiguan through them as well.. can’t say enough great things about the team there. I will continue to travel 2+ hours to purchase my cars through them without hesitation

Worst dealer ever. We bought a new Jetta there. Took it in for the 50k tune up. I booby trapped the car because I was suspicious of the other times. They did NOTHING. No road test, to tire rotating, no oil change. Total scam with a monster bill. When I confronted them, they yelled at! Said I was an a****** for not trusting them. Scoundrels!
