DO NOT bring your vehicle here for repairs or servic. our truck was taken here for an insurance job. After keeping it for three months and not working on it. they finally began tear down and then they tried extorting and extra 1000 out of us above the estimate. my husband told them to just put our truck back together and we would take it somewhere else. Then CHRIS the service manager And Scott our insurance adjuster pocket diled us. saying how we were idiots. laughing and mocking us about our bitching about making payments on a truck we can't use. Then we talked with the servic department manager and they put our truck across the street in another parking lot for us to come and pick up. The TRUCK was still torn apart when we got there. thank god we brought tools to put the lights back in and hopefully we get home safe. absolute shit show. disrespectful untrustworthy scam artist. calling the bbb on them next and a lawyer.

I purchased a used GMC canyon. Sales experience was decent. The truck took a long time to go through detailing which was strange. After buying and driving the truck and completing a drive cycle the check engine light illuminated. It was obviously cleared prior to me buying it. didn't check the OBD2 readiness to see if they had been completed before buying but suspect the light was reset as I drove long enough to complete a drive cycle. First time it rained water poured through the rear brake light into the cab. It appears that it had been leaking prior and I suspect they took a long time in Recon to dry it out. After driving for a week the truck started stalling. I called to ask them to look over it, they failed spectacularly on customer service. Told it was not an inspection item and was basically told to pound sand. I was belittled by the service writer. I found the purge solenoid was faulty and replaced. I purchased a new seal for the third brake light housing. An hour of my time and fixed. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Connor and I will warn others as well as they hid existing issues instead of doing the right thing and taking care of their customer.

Absolutely worst service department I've ever dealt with. Sat for THREE HOURS for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. No point in getting an appointment here.

Had service today, not good, I bought a new 2020 GMC Sierra from a great dealer, but unfortunately, they lost their dealership, GM is trying to get rid of small town dealers. One week after buying my truck, check engine light comes on, evap canister plugged up, I've had this fixed 3 times now, could have been many many more times, but I drive with the light on most of the time. Since I have bought the truck, I have spoken with many other people with the same problem as me, they all say, we drive with the service engine light on, all the time. GM has a huge problem with their evap canister on GM trucks, mine plugs constantly, I live and work on a dirt road, roads are dry and dusty and muddy when it's wet, especially in the spring. I wash and wax my truck often, probably to much, it looks like brand new. I use a creeper and spray under the truck as best as i can, but can't get all the dirt out. Apparently they consider living and working on dirt roads as truck abuse, and didn't want to fix the canister that is in a very bad place to suck up all the road dust, they did, but wouldn't move it, which they can so this doesn't happen again, they said I abuse my truck. They have a service bulletin on this problem, because it is a problem and bad design. My 2013, 2009, 2003, 1999, 1994 Chevy's and GMC's never had this problem, it's new to this body style and relocation of the evap canister. Apparently you are supposed to just drive your truck on hot top roads and driving on dirt roads year 'round is truck abuse. The service guy was not good either, very stupid to talk with, but i guess help is very hard to get right now, especially one that has a clue.

I bought my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado LD in January 2020. I had a great buying experience. Ryan Booker Took the time and effort to explain everything about this beautiful truck. I have the utmost respect for everyone that works there. The finance manager ( Dean Lawrence ) worked hard to get me the best finance rate. I will buy all my vehicles up to O'Conner. I met the owner Randy Hutchins and he took time to make sure I was happy before I left. They all are top notch People.

My wife's 2018 GMC Acadia Denali was still under warranty when i brought it in to have the shifter fixed back in early November 2021. The repair was made supposedly, so I went on my way and she went to Walmart in Augusta. Just minutes later, she called me saying she could not move the shifter and the car would not shut off. I called O'Conner's service department and had to beg them to come over and help with the repair they just failed on. They sent a tech to come check it out, pulled the plastic panel off and said they forgot to put a clip back on the shifter cable and the car was good to go. I looked at the panel the tech had removed and there was a big scratch in it from the tech using an awl to get the panel off. O'Connors agreed to order a new panel and replace it when it came in. Keep in mind, my wife keeps this car immaculate, having paid nearly 50k for it, she loves the car more than... well we won't go there! Now the story gets better. A couple weeks later with a scheduled 8am appointment to repair, she brought the car to them. Nearly 4 hours later, the service department came out and said they were sorry and had the wrong side panel and would reorder it. We live 30 miles away and had to wait 4 hours for them to get the courage to tell her the part was wrong? And so another call was made, another appointment was scheduled , and imagine, the exact same mistake was made again. Wrong panel , 3 1/2 hours wait and still no repair. We were promised the service manager would make sure himself that the correct panel was in the shop before setting up the next repair appointment. Several months went by, with no call back so I decided to call them and find out what was going on. No, I was not at all happy and displayed my feelings to the service manager, who again apologized to me and told me that they had the correct part and had called several times and did not hear back from us. (My wife and I both checked our phones on the dates they said they called and found no missed calls on either phone.) They came to our home, brought my wife a "stripped" plow truck to drive for the time being. Picked up the car, supposedly fixed the panel, and brought it back with the new panel installed. 2 days later the car won't start due to something they did while repairing the panel or removing the power seat. (She has only driven it 14 miles since the repairs.) The service department told me that the battery was old and needed to be replaced, over the phone, mind you! And so today I replaced the battery for $209, and the problem still exists. I tried to reason with the service department, but they do not understand the problem of the scratched panel was resolved, but now a new problem was created. It is the 21st of March 2022, they would not have time to look at it until the 31st at the earliest. Thats 10 days out, unacceptable as she needs to go to work to pay for this POS car. I have given up, and am writing this review to let everyone know the heathens you will deal with here at the service department, if you choose to buy from O'Connor GMC. Please save yourselves and go somewhere else. I honestly believe the wiring under the seat they had to remove to replace the panel, is pinched under the seat somewhere, creating a draw on the battery, but will not let them have the car again. I will pay someone to fix it properly at another dealership and document the repairs. I do wish I could leave a "0" star review but must settle for a 1. STEER CLEAR !!

Being a business owner myself I am very reluctant to leave a negative review but I should have done this years ago to warn future customers. This is a purchase from the past. I felt totally ripped off by these people for the major defects in my car that I have no doubt they knew about but worse than that was the way they treated me when I tried to deal with the situation. I won't go into details here but it became very apparent that they knew about the issues and basically pawned this car off on me. Like everyone else, I worked very hard to make the money for this major purchase. These problems began as soon as I drove off of the lot and I was stuck with the costly repairs and a sinking feeling about this car. Once the deal was done, instead of dealing with the situation and very costly repairs they would pass me around on the phone until eventually they just started leaving me on permanent hold and left me there. They had no intention of doing anything about this damaged car and they were beyond rude. Ladies especially, please beware of buying a car here unless you want to be treated like it's 1950.

used buyers, check trucks over good, I bought a used sierra, failed to notice a large dent in the cab, called the dealer forty minutes after i left and told them about the dent, was told the dent was noted and priced accordingly. After two trips back and several calls. They wouldn't do anything. I got a estimate from a body shop of $280, They wouldn't cover it. First and last truck i will buy from them.

I love ALL my "Service Peeps" at O'Connor Chevrolet. They always take such good care of me and my vehicle. Little did I know that the high pitched "tea-kettle whistling" sound, was only a couple of my vents being closed. I'm so thankful for the mechanics honesty. Also, I took my keys with me in the waiting room this morning and one of the nice guys came to retrieve them from me. Hello?! What was I thinking?!I usually leave them in the ignition or give to Service. Very respectful and considerate group of professionals and humans. Thank you everyone for everything. I need to bring some sweet treats the next time. :-)
