Always go to see Doug Anderson when trading our vehicles, he knows the car biz , and is great at his job. Would hate to see him retire. Happy to see more inventory, keep the new trucks coming , my spouse will need one soon. Good experience , not as stressful as it could be . This is my 3rd Terrain in a row, and hubby has bought all his pickups from you.

Great dealership that goes above and beyond to take care of there customers. Great sales and service department. Anybody can sell you a vehicles, but they are not going to have the sales and service departments experience that O'Connor's has. Thank you O'Connor's for continuing to take care of my family.

I went in with my elderly mother to buy a vehicle, Jenna assisted us and she was totally amazing. She was patient and answered all of our questions. She even set up my mother’s phone to sync with her car. It was a wonderful experience.

It seem like a great place to shop for a nice new family vehicle. We got a nice gmc terrain it was great kept it 3 years then traded for an gmc acadia. Less than 6 months old haveing crank sensor issues. They fixed it then a month later same problem. They fixed again now another check engine light for another problem. So in the first year I have been there to have the car fixed 3 time none of these time could They actually fix the problem so everytimg I had to wait and return to have the vehicle fixed. So 6 trips sitting and waiting for hours. And everytime I'd ask for a loaner they never have one available. So I have to take days off work. So I have a 2023 gmc acadia with 16,000 miles. And they offer me 26k as we paid 50k for. Knowing all the problems we have had with the car. All we asked for was for oconner gmc to buy back the car paying off what we owe and sell us a new car. And as i am a disabled combat vetern i expect only the best service as thats what i gave my country. But the general manager said there was nothing they could do to help us because the dealership couldn't lose that much money on a bad car they sold me for my family. As the general manager said they sell and fix cars that's it so they don't care about there customers. Just making money I advise anybody reading this to shop else where for there next new vehicle. Because oconner gmc only cares about taking your money not help when they sell u a brand new car with nothing but proublems.

Bought a 2023 Acadia in May of 2023. Starting about 6 months later the check engine light has come on several times due to different sensors/parts each time. It has taken several days each time to order parts and have the issues resolved with no help with a loaner car. Lost all faith in this car, came in to talk about trading this in with the hope they would cover the loan as we have bought from a few times. They were only willing to give me half of what I paid. Even though their are several of the same vehicles two years Olde than mine with 3 times the miles for over 10k more than what they were willing to pay. GM is more worried about bottom dollar then helping repeat customers they sold a lemon too.
