I wasn’t crazy about listening to Ian the assistant manager talk trash about his store manager very loudly to another customer while I was cashing out. I believe his words were, “she’s supposed to be running the store but she had to run out today bawling her eyes out”. Unprofessional, rude, and not behavior I’d want from my second-in-command.
