Sales was the easy part-the follow up for a duel recliner that broke within the first few weeks was and still is the difficult part. We have been calling since the first week of December. Phone calls are not being returned, fingers are being pointed,negative attitude about their repair man are being said to us, replacement parts were not ordered and no accountability is being taken. At this point I would like to talk to the owner,have it replaced or given our money back. We have bought a mattress and bedroom set from the as well. Mattress was delivered but bedroom furniture too a few months longer than what we were told.
