21 Armory St, Augusta“It was Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend and two people were working in the bank. One announced that it is his second day so he isn't trained but he would help as he could. The other was managing the counter and the drive through and stated that she also did not work at this branch but had been sent from another branch to "help out" The first customer in line had multiple transactions including researching when several checks were cashed, account balances, and vault access. Her business went on for 10 minutes after we arrived during which the untrained man attempted to triage customers in line, assist who he could, and make small talk with those who were waiting for the qualified teller to be able to help. Both were the epitome of grace under pressure and deserve great respect. I deduct one star because I don't tend to support businesses that leave workers in the lurch like that.”

200 Capitol St, Augusta“There are few companies out there that truly take the time to explain options and who care about their clients as much as Maine State Credit Union. My business is 28 years old today and over the years I've had varying reasons for a small business loan or a line of credit now and again. I've had business loans from banks and from credit unions and I'd have to say that the easiest and most enjoyable application for a commercial loan was when working with Bruce Harrington from Maine State Credit Union. He took the time to explain which product was the right one for me and truly cared about me and my business. I've had two business loans and one commercial line of credit through Bruce from MSCU and I couldn't be happier. My business is flourishing because of it! I highly recommend them to any business of any size that needs financing for equipment, expenses, etc.”

They have always been polite and take the time to explain things to me if something doesn't work the way I thought it would. I've dealt with pretty much everyone there at one time or another and always had excellent service.”
“C port has always been amazing to bank with. The team is friendly and helpful. They are dog friendly! ? Inside is a coin machine that allows you to keep ALL your money when you have an account with them. (Get one you won't regret it ?) They have both men and women working there. Nathan is super nice and also a lefty! (Me too, you don't see many leftys ). Contessa is a new face and she was delighful as well! You'll have fun if you go to Cport in Augusta. There are not too many places, especially credit unions that have it all. Who could ask for more? If you need anything, I would absolutely ask for Sara M. So personable, makes you feel like you're bffs (LOL). Plus, you can get some goodies from the fun drawer when you open an account. Not familiar with a 'Cport Fun Drawer?' See Sara today, and you'll find out! Thanks again to the entire team I will tell all my friends.-Stephanie”
