We purchased our cf moto sxs 950 from the harley shop and took it up for warranty work 3months ago and it has yet to be fixed. We have also called to check on the status and no one calls us back! Just because we didnt buy a Harley doesn't mean you put us on the bottom of your repair list! If they have no interest in repairing cf motos then maybe they shouldn't be selling them.

I would like to say...this dealership earns a BIG Gold star for customer service. Visited them during our travels thru Maine, mainly to score Harley Points (another story). Personnel were very helpful Harley related and regional info. And they had an air filter I have been wanting that other dealers did not have.

I only dealt with the parts department for a CFmoto oil change kit. They had it in stock for a fair price and were knowledgeable and friendly. I'll be going back when it's time for another.

I was in the area vusiting family. Stopped in on a snowy Friday and they were super kind to deal with. Answered all of my questions with respect. Nothing like shopping in NJ where i am from. Massive selection with hundreds of bikes, quads, side by sides, and snowmobiles. I might even drive up there to make a purchase. Great people
