Crystal was nice and formative respectful and I have to say it was quick and simple experience in the mattress of selection is very nice and I am so glad I was able to get the bed that I've always wanted for a long time and they made it possible. It was a fun, easy and most enjoyable experience. This was due mostly to Crystal, whose friendliness and positive energy were infectious! It had been decades since I'd purchased a mattress and I learned a lot.Crystal was so informative, generous, helpful and genuine. Such a jewel!

I just bought a mattress from here and the service was excellent! I expected to end up going to several mattress and furniture stores before finding what I was looking for but that was not the case. The employee who helped us (Krystal Cusack) was fantastic and really got a feel for my needs and budget and helped accordingly. The new mattress should arrive in the next few days and I am anxiously and excitedly awaiting to try it. Great experience and service. Highly recommend!

I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm in Augusta, Maine.. It did not meet my needs and returned to the store to discuss. Crystal made the return of the mattress and delivery of a replacement mattress seamless… I felt like I was talking to a friend! She understood clearly the issues I presented with the mattress just not working for my circumstances.. I would highly recommend doing business with this store. Customer Service is a top priority! Retail needs more Crystals and Zach’s!! And Nicks!

My experience was excellent. Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This is the 4th or 5th time buying a bed. As our needs change Mattress Firm has been there to help us to choose the right bed for us.
