I purchased a vehicle from Lee Auto in Augusta back in 2004 as well as my 2nd vehicle in 2013 which I was still driving when I recently purchased my new Toyota Rav 4!
I appreciate the family feel that Lee has given me over the years of my "Lee car ownership"
Buying a car during this economy is challenging but Evan was a great help during the process to find an available vehicle that fit my needs & budget.

Went to Lee Auto Credit Express on a whim in Augusta, I have been turned down place after place. Was about to give up till I drove by Lee Auto. Figured one more try before I give up. Evan Gagnon told be about a number of programs that they had. I felt I had renewed hope. Needless to say, I was in a new SUV in a couple of days after I picked the best one for me. Highly recommend!!! As a first time car buyer I was very confused and anxious about purchasing a new vehicle which the workers very open minded and willing to help with if you need a car I’d always recommend lee cars Augusta!!

Hubs and I bought a nice car at Lee Augusts. Seth was attentive, but not pushy. After a few days we realized that car just wasn’t for us. We utilized their 7 day return/exchange program and now we LOVE our new ride. Seth and Brian were amazing about the whole experience!!!

I can’t thank Evan and the team at Lee Auto enough for going out of their way to make sure I drove off with a safe, reliable vehicle. I was in a situation that most dealerships would have turned their nose up at, but Evan made sure I was taken care of. Even went and filled up my tank before I left the lot. These guys are awesome! Quick & easy. I explained what I needed and they worked hard to find me the right vehicle and financing for a payment I could handle. When I left the dealership, I felt heard, appreciated, and incredibly happy with my purchase.

Bought car 2 years ago it's literally been in the garage to be repaired more than I've been able to drive it. Never, Never again. If I could I would go back in time and run away from that place. So many problems that were not revealed to me. Don't do it!

Overall awful customer service today. First, I showed up for an appointment with Brian— who I was told was not in the office that day. Regardless, I requested an appraisal on my vehicle and was told it would be no more than 10 minutes. Lee’s website states the appraisal will “be completed in 30 minutes or less”.
Over an hour goes by until I get handed a piece of paper with their offer. This company cannot claim to pay “top dollar” for vehicles if they quoted $1000 less than I had been appraised at two dealerships earlier that day. Last, Lee’s website states, “Our appraisal professional will be happy to walk you through the results of the appraisal and explain your vehicle's market based evaluation.” I had no such meeting, but was rather given a piece of paper and staff went on to help other customers. Definitely feel this company does not remain true to their mission statement. Waste of my time.

These guys are amazing. I currently have terrible credit (550) and they managed to make something work for me. So if you’re wondering if you can get a good, reliable vehicle on bad credit, with Lee’s you certainly can. Evan and his manager Willis had great customer service and I felt confident with the sale.
