Deborah was our cashier, and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very efficient. It was nice that there was not a long wait in line.
The lady at the returns and Customer Service desk was also very pleasant, very helpful, and very knowledgeable.
My experience there was a nice one.

Our local Kohls store cashiers relentlessly badger customers to participate in their Kohls Credit Card scams where they encourage you to make a purchase using your Kohls Credit Card then immediately pay off that entire transaction using your debit card at the time of purchase; all to generate Rewards Points. I fell for this twice. Only to receive a Kohls Credit Card statement two weeks later stating these transactions were never paid in full with my debit card at the time of purchase. As a result, I got stuck with an interest rate charge. BB King used to say in one of his songs: “fool me once, shame on YOU. Fool me twice, shame on ME.”

I will not be shopping here again. Your prices are outrageous. You must think you're a fancy department store in NYC but this is Augusta, Maine, and I'm not going to pay your ridiculous prices ever again. This is my first and last trip to this Kohls store, and my last trip to any Kohls store. That includes no shopping at Kohls online. I used to love buying things at Kohls, but you've gone overboard in your prices. There used to be many discounts. Now there are none. You make us think we're getting a bargain at $44 for one item, or $48 for another, but it's absurd, and we're not fooled. There ARE no bargains. I can get the same thing at the same quality at another local store for a lot less. Your parking lot was also pretty empty for an afternoon, which is pretty revealing in and of itself. No more overpriced shopping at Kohls for me.
