When a bank exhibits the kind of customer service that I received tonight at 8:00 p.m. on a Friday night when I was locked out my account, is the moment they have gained a lifetime customer. I was totally panicked, thinking I can't wait till Monday morning to see my account. I need to pay bills.....I need to see where I'm at. When I wrote on their Facebook chat, I never thought anyone was going to get back to me until Monday. I was frustrated as all get out. When my phone beeped moments later with a KSB representative asking me my name and phone number so they could contact me..I was estatic and amazed...especially when within minutes they had my account unlocked !! I am a forever KSB customer! thank you to your Friday night FB monitor. I appreciated you tonight! Well done KSB!!

Kennebec Savings came through for my business during the pandemic when other banks didn't. They worked tirelessly and I will never forget them for it!

I can say that the customer service, the compassion and knowledge that this bank has is no match for large national banks. I have never had a poor experience in my 7 years of banking with them. I love that I can get ahold of a live person and they are extremely eager to assist with any questions. I will never go back to a national bank!

I do not have enough good things to say about KSB and their Augusta location! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable! The staff always greets you with a smile and will go out of their way to help you. Gary LaPierre and Mark Stebbins are excellent and have helped me with both my personal and business accounts and I cannot imagine myself going anywhere else for my banking needs! You guys make banking easy!

KSB is the most amazing bank, they really fit the Maine motto, "The way life should be". In a time where no one does business on a simple handshake any more, they are about as close as it comes! Keep up the great work Gary LaPierre!

We have been doing our banking with K.S.B. for a long time. These folks are the friendliest people I have ever encountered at a business. They are wonderful to deal with and have helped us out whenever we needed financial advice. Its nice to go in a local bank and have the employees great you by name. I highly recommend them for all your banking needs.
