Visited this store for the first time. The general layout and type of merchandise on display feels like a copycat version of several other stores; with the only difference being a different store name. Why do that??

Jose is the worst manager ever. Unprofessional and rude. Even gave the wrong number when I asked for corporate, then legit hung up on me. Blown away at how rude he was, and to have him be the manager and represent your company- shameful ?Also, your bags SUCK! The cashier overloaded, and the handles ripped off when I got home and my stuff broke!!
