Great staff and very community oriented. Low prices with many ways to get points for hannaford brands. Fresh food and great cooked hot and cold food. Overall, it is a great place to shop!

For the last several months it has taken me at least two trips to the pharmacy (sometimes 3 or 4 ) to pick up prescriptions I have been told were ready. They seem to be very disorganized with part of the staff not having a clue about what's going on. They always are sorry but that doesn't pay for the gas

Just want to give an incredible shout-out to Mark the pharmacist!!! My son had a raging ear infection aka otitis media on 12/10/2021 and he received the rx and processed it within minutes so that my crying child could get relief ASAP. I appreciate his time and making my sons ear pain a priority. Thank you so much for excellent service!

I like the Hannfords on Cony, I always shop there. It is right nearby and convenient. Yesterday I stopped in on my way home from my Chiropractor to pick up some vegetables. As I was pushing my cart, I slipped on a puddle of water in the produce dept.

This hannaford saved my marriage! For months my wife and i had grown apart and felt so distant from each other. The arguments were growing worse and more frequent, I was quite positive this would be our last shopping trip together. And then it happened. Walking in to this hannaford we were overwhelmed by the instant feeling of acceptance, peace, and togetherness. Now me and my beloved go on daily romantic excursions to the coney circle hannaford. I will be forever thankful for the marital services they graciously provide.

Went in Sunday morning for the new deal in meat, there was none there and the meat guy said it was no longer on sale. Went to another Hannaford and got what I wanted on sale.

I have been a loyal Hannaford's customer in the Augusta area for 20 years - before that I worked at the Doug's Shop n' Save in Old Town when I was a teenager. I enjoy the store and think the staff have been great throughout this pandemic. What I am disappointed about is that when I visited the Hannaford's at the Cony Circle this morning, I saw 4 shoppers there with no masks on and no one seemed to be enforcing the mask rule (much less the one-way traffic rule). When Maine is doing so well, doesn't the management want to be a part of keeping us Mainers safe, especially during tourist season, when people from highly infected areas could be visiting stores? Why would you not want to keep us safe? This is not about who you vote for, this is about public health.

Spent 28 minutes on hold waiting for them to pick up. Customer service got on the line and made another attempt. After an additional 15 minutes I gave up. I will be using another pharmacy going forward.

The pharmacy staff doesn't answer the phone at least half of the time when you call and my prescription is rarely ready when I get there.

So some how I dropped my debit card at the cony circle store. Don't know how, I actually discovered it missing at the checkout there. Last time I remember it in myy hand was at another store an hour before. At 9 pm same night Augusta PD knocked at my door. The manager at Hannaford called them about finding my card. Thank you. Thank you so very much. 5 stars.
