This a review of both Fedex in general and the Fedex Ship Center in Augusta. This location can do nothing but ship packages. If you have any other needs, like help with a package stuck or lost in transit, they cannot help you and will just tell you to call customer service, which is also pretty much useless. They can never tell you anything that you cannot see yourself by checking the tracking number. I had an issue with a pick up of a Ground package which was scheduled to be picked up at my home. I had a delivery scheduled the same day from Fedex Express. The Express driver took the Ground package when he delivered the Express package. Then when the Ground driver came to pick up my Ground package, there was no package for him to pick up. This caused major problems. For two days, the tracking showed that Fedex did not have possession of the package. When I called FedEx, they said that it was not possible that the Express driver would have picked up a Ground package because it against the rules. I asked them to contact the Express driver to see if he had picked up the package but they refused to do so. They could tell me nothing but to file a claim for a lost package. Completely useless customer service. Two days later, the tracking finally updated to show Fedex possession of the package. So guess what - the Express driver did in fact pick up the package, against Fedex rules. This all caused me major anxiety. I would never again use Fedex to ship anything of value. Their customer service is terrible, and mistakes happen too often. In short, Fedex sucks. Use another shipping service even if it costs a bit more. Avoid Fedex if at all possible. By the way, I have shipped many packages and I know what I am talking about. Use Fedex at your own risk, and pray that you don't have a lost package or any other issues. They will not help you.

Always get the same employee. She is rude and doesn't seem like she wants to do some jobs. She has made me hate this place. A little kindness goes a long way.

The drivers for express 10/10 every single time!!! I have monthly time sensitive and fragile delivery, it is always so well taken care of. In the warm seasons they will walk it to my stairs in the shade. I've found it tied in a bag when it's been raining before as well. I never asked for such mindful treatment they just do it. If I was FedEx I would be giving them bonuses and raises definitely! 1 time I was upset with Fedex about a late check and I always feel guilty now because of how wonderful the service is in this area.

Wish I could rate 0 since there was 0 customer service. The blond woman that works her is always grumpy and today was no exception. Very unpleasant and ended up not shipping package because she intentionally tried to overcharge us. No confidence that our package would have gotten to its destination. It should not be difficult to mail a package internationally and it usually is not. But at Fed Ex Augusta be prepared to be hassled and overcharged.

Im not a big fan of Fed Ex in general but the two people at this Fed-Ex shipping center in Augusta went out of their way to try and help solve a problem created by some of Fed-Ex's poor customer service policies. All my stars are for those 2 employees. 0 stars for fed-ex. Fed-Ex has absolutely ZERO options to talk to a real person about ANYTHING on the phone so if you have a question that isnt formatted into Fed-Ex's automated customer service recordings, youre simply out of luck. This means that if you have a question such as "can you print a shipping lable for me at your center?", you cannot know the answer without driving all the way to the center to ask. Then, if the answer is "no", you'll have to then drive somewhere else, get the label printed and drive back. The two employees at this center attempted a couple of creative ways to get my shipping label printed, but Fed-Ex's inconvenient/inconsiderate policies blocked their efforts. Apparently, emplyees are not allowed to log into Fed-Exs shipping center network to print anything from their email. The employees tried but the Fed Ex system prevented them from doing so. Such a simple thing. Or such a simple, quick question to answer but Fed-Ex has to make it all so difficult.
