They went ABOVE and beyond to help me out in my tricky situation.Long story but, I broke my iPhone 14 pro max to the point the screen was shattered and black, and while the brains still functioned there was no way access it. I have a 1TB phone and have 300GB worth of data, including 31,000 photos going back to 2012. I’ve never broken a phone and have never felt the need to back up to iCloud as I’ve always done the wireless iPhone to iPhone transfer apple has when upgrading/switching phones. This wasn’t possible with a broke screen. I was scrambling for any solution to retrieve my data from my phone and tried a thousand things, none of which worked. He overnight ordered me a screen, installed it the day it came in, fixed a wiring connection issue that was causing the phone to constantly reboot and was so patient while I battled a software update issue apple was also having while trying to transfer. He knows his stuff and is incredibly kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend to anyone :) THANK YOU

I came here to fix my iPhone 14 pro and this guy yes did fix the back, but IS NOT APPLE CERTIFIED. Meaning he's not certified to fix and Apple iPhone so do not bring your phone here. After receiving my phone back within not even 5 minutes of leaving the store my iPhone kept restarting repeatedly, about every 5 minutes. It still is doing that and so far, no where to fix it yet. Basically he ruined my 1000$ iPhone that I PAID FULLY for when purchasing. Beyond pissed off with this dude. Tried to leave 0 stars but wouldn't let me.

Quick turnaround. $265 for Google pixel 7 screen replacement. Only thing is the fingerprint sensor isn't recognized and I can't set it up. I'll call tomorrow and get it sorted! Probably a quick fix. Otherwise great, friendly service!Plan on bringing my iPhone here as well.

He. Did repair my iPad. Pulled a broken part from the port. Had. Me. Leave. Said. He was taking the face off. I may be wrong. Pretty sure from the scratch on the port. The piece was extracted with a needle nose plier. Did want me to see. It took. 2. Min. Gave me tiod on handling. Maybe not. 100 %. Out front. Expensive.

Broke my screen on a Friday evening. Called Elhouri's and he attempted to give us a temporary fix on our phone but to no avail. He ordered a new screen and said it would be fixed and ready Tuesday after 2 pm. 2:15 he called, phone was fixed to perfection. Very happy with the fast service and going above and beyond in attempting to give a temporary fix.

Battery on my phone had swelled. He ordered a replacement and when it came in I was in and out in 20min. It was a great experience you don't expect to have anymore.

Dropped my phone on my table and 90% of my screen busted. I brought in my phone and was quickly taken care of. Quick basic questions (what kind of phone, what happened, etc.) He told me the part would arrive the next day. Went in next day and not only was my screen fixed, he replaced a broken bezel on the edge of my phone and placed a screen protector on when he was finished. Unfortunately he missed a speaker connection reassembling my phone when he gave it back. However, I figured this out before I left. He quickly fixed the issue without question. I will absolutely be coming back. Best Buy was and will forever be useless.

Just went here and the guy fixed my screen within 15 minutes, if you need your phone fixed you should come here. The guy was super chill and nice will come again for sure in the near future…
