I recently shopped at this outlet for some outdoor clothing for a family member. I’ve personally worn clothing from Eddie Bauer and it’s pretty good quality. Some of their men’s jackets hold up ok in the elements. I recently purchased Patagonia’s Torrentshell 3L waterproof jacket (through REI) and let me just say after field testing that product in a severe Maine downpour, the lineup of rain jackets at Eddie Bauer doesn’t even come close to this. But they still sell good stuff.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS OUTLET! THIS MANAGER IS A FRAUD!. BOUGHT TWO SHORTS, TOOK HOME, TOOK TAG OFF TO TRY ON, FIT TOO TOO LARGE, ON SAVE, FIT LIKE AN OLD LADY BAGGY, THE Q" MANAGER WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO RETURN. ACCUSED ME OF WASHING THEM.

I was looking for shirts for camping. Found two at a great price. The sales lady went out of her way to help me. Very clean and organized store.

I ran into the outlet on a short break looking for a jacket as the zipper broke in mine. I was instantly greeted by the two ladies working. One of the ladies asked me what I was looking for and then looked through all of the racks and looked out back to help me find some options. She even recommended a local vendor to repair the broken zipper in my old coat. I am very impressed by the level of customer service they provided! Plus my jacket was 50% off!

Just walk into your store in Augusta Maine. There were 2 young ladies working and they didn't even say hi. I walked the whole store and nothing. They were to busy talking about moving to another apartment. Guess you don't want my business. Thanks

Worst employees ever!? I will never go back to this store. My 3 year old needed a bathroom, he really had to go, but when I explained it was an emergency, they could care less. So he peed himself and had to drive 30 miles back home to change him. It was embarrassing to him. The lady at the store told me that I should have taken him to the bathroom before going out. Well lady, of course I did that, but he's 3 years old, things happen!
