I will always shop at days jewlery in augusta me. They treat me like a welcomed friend more than a "sale" even though I always leave there with some new items for my wife or daughter. When we had a death in our family they went above and beyond and mailed us a condolence card signed by all the employees and that ment the world to us. We work mostly with one sales person named jenna she helps with ideas of what our daughter may like. But we will work with all the staff there and never feel pressured to make a big ticket purchase but rather the right one for the occasion and our budget. I would highly recommend checking them out.

Walked in today to look at jewelry, and the salesperson berated me with my own past. This is something i'm never going to tolerate again after forty years of business, this is not something I needed to have thrown in my face. I've closed my account and doing business with this company. It's over with for me after 40 years of business... I will never walk through those doors again..

I came in looking for a watch specific to special events and closings in my real estate profession. Not only was I guided by Cody’s Knox’s expertise and taste, Jenna Ross reaffirmed everything I was looking for they both guided me to purchase my first Movato 800 series and I could not be happier with the purchase. I will continue to give the Augusta Day’s Jewelers my business for as long as they are around!

I bought my fiancée’s engagement ring at Day’s. We looked at two or three places but Ken sold us with an incredible shopping experience at this location. Making a purchase of this size, we wanted to feel good about our choice. Ken could read our faces. He answered every question, educated us, reassured us and overall made this a memorable and enjoyable experience. 10/10 recommend shopping here.

Days Jewelers saved my engagement: After almost a year of dealing with two very stressful, very disappointing custom ring endeavors, Ken at Days Augusta took us under his wing. My fiancé and I walked in swearing we would never do custom again, but Ken was sure he could make it all right. He promised he would take care of us. I am forever grateful he made that promise, because the ring I got (partial custom), and the experience I had made up for all I had lost with the prior jewelers and then some. Ken delivered on every promise, from keeping us in budget, to ensuring deadlines were met, such as the stone selection shipping OVERNIGHT (mind you we hadn't paid a cent at this point and remained hesitant), and getting us the ring within 1 week while originally estimating 2 week completion. We were updated every step of the way and thoroughly educated on the process, all while he allowed us to worry but continued to reassure we were in good hands after all the promises broken in the past. His confidence in his work gave us hope, and because of his absolute excellence, consideration, and his genuine desire to help us, I couldn't recommend Days Jewelers Augusta enough. Thank you a million times over Ken.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would absolutely not worth going here I got a ring Here for my husband and I also got it Engraved to say to my soulmate but I had to come back because it was to small for my husband so I had them resize it but they ruined the engraving when they resized it the lady that I droped it off too said the engraving would be fine but it's not I'm so disappointed I can't even right now definitely not worth the money that i spent and I definitely won't be going here ever again

While visiting from out of state, the clasp on my necklace broke. This was my father's necklace and very sentimental to me. Jenna took such good care of me, and put an urgent note on the repair since we were leaving in a week. With their repair shop on-site, I had no worries about my necklace being lost. In less time than promised, Chris texted to let me know the necklace was ready. I was so happy with the repair and service I received! I would definitely recommend Days for their amazing repair team and service. Thank you so much!

I brought in an old bracelet from passed family member and Brian was very helpful.I had it made into a pendant and earrings.It was very old so went with his advice. Very happy with the result.
