Not only was my boyfriends car returned overheating, but when we called to speak with Darren about the problem his response was “tone it down, little girl” and he hung up on me! Super professional, right?! I called back, asking to please talk considering the car was having more issues than we started with, and I said I wanted to know why it wasn’t something that was fixed when he had the car in the first place, Darren responded telling me “he had heard a sound coming from the water pump, but he didn’t have time to look at that.” Of course I asked why I wasn’t made aware of that sooner.. why would I pay $400+ to have HALF of the problem with the vehicle fixed, only to take it elsewhere to spend more money after I found someone who did have the time to fix what he claimed he didn’t? He then said “you asked me to fix an oil line.” INCORRECT! We asked, and paid him to diagnose the problem with our car, and fix it! He fixed half of the problem, collected $400+ from my boyfriend and I, then admits to us that he knew we would soon have more issues, but he didn’t fix them, or even bother to make us aware of them?Darren then proceeded to threaten me with the police, talking me I was “harassing him” because I had called back after being him up on a second time, continuing to explain this was a problem our car had never had, and that it made no sense he wouldn’t inform us of this sooner. So, with all that being said, I’d highly recommend staying far, far away from this mechanic if you want any sort of decent, honest work done to your vehicle.

Being a woman I’ve had my own share of bad experiences when it comes to car maintenance. I came here out of despair because my Jeep was throwing random electrical codes. Darrin took his time and worked through very temperamental electrical issues. When my front end started having issues Darrin once again came to the rescue. I cannot recommend him highly enough both from professional standpoint and workmanship

We had our vehicle here and it was left untouched for more than 3 months. The owner is rude, unprofessional, and incredibly hard to reach. After giving us false information that he would be working on our vehicle he never did nor communicated that he wouldnt. We had to show up to pick it up where he explained it was "buried out back in the snow". I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Do NOT GO HERE.Service: Tuning

Had my car worked on at another shop and they caused more problems. Brought it to Darrins and not only did he fix the other garages mess up, but fixed the original issue in a very timely manner! He was very upfront and honest about what needed to be done and the cost. I couldn’t ask for a better experience with a garage! Will definitely be going back with all my automotive needs!
