I bought my car here; Signed up with your financing and paid it off with zero missed payments. I have taken it here for regular service and inspection since. I am about to trade in and buy a new vehicle as this one is getting to about 100K.In March, I brought by car in for an inspection.I also asked to have the cabin air filter changed, the oil changed and a basic multipoint inspection for any impending issues. After the initial state inspection, I was told that one of the rear brake lights wasn't working.I told them to fix it.I come pick up the car and move in with my life.In mid-August someone tells me that my car is way past it's inspection sticker date....I call Darlings and say "someone forgot to put an inspection sticker on my car."Your agent looks up the job, notes that the inspection found the brake light problem. But, there was no corrective action on the invoice.I assure the agent that I told them to fix it and it never was. They schedule for me to drop off my car for ANOTHER inspection (cause it's been beyond the legal 30 days) at a super inconvenient time...although not as inconvenient as getting pulled over and getting a ticket.I am now told I have to pay hundreds of dollars for a ball joint and the brake light seemed to magically fix itself.I talked to three agents so far. All of them refuse to believe anything but the lack-of-information in the invoice. I assure them that I asked to have the brake light fixed when they called to inform me (pretty standard stuff). The only response I get is for them to re-explain the 30 day window for state inspections.... Each of your agents refuse to acknowledge that there was a mistake made. Each of your agents refuse to do ANYTHING about follow up other than explain the situation I'm in at the moment. In fact, I was told by two of them that THEY personally weren't involved in inspecting the car. So, they're not the ones to complain to....implying that I have to somehow chastise the individual mechanic or person I talked to in March for dropping the ball rather than just holding "Darlings" responsible.I'm not looking for a free ball joint. The inspection was free already because I bought the car there. So, I'm not even looking for a free inspection. But, I'm not even getting an apology. I'm getting "there's no way we can determine the truth of the matter from our paperwork and therefore we are neutral...not placing blame and not providing any customer service to alleviate."This is terrible customer service to a loyal customer. Within the next two years, I'll be replacing two vehicles. I NOT be buying them from Darlings. I will not be servicing my vehicles at Darlings. Everyone I hear mention the the word "car" will suddenly get a story of how unbelievably crappy an experience I had with Darlings. Maybe you don't care because I don't spend enough money. But, if you were an honest and fair shop, you should.

Decent inventory, low pressure sales approach. Priced better then their neighbors. They took the time to work up a sale as a transfer from Bangor for my nephew vs. sending him there as he lives in Pittsfield. Moving inventory to convenience the customer? Top notch sales team for coordinating that sale. This is how a sales team should work when multiple locations are owned by the same company. Will be doing further business with them as they have earned my trust and respect.

Just traded in our Ram 2500 for The 2022. From start to finish they were honest and knowledgeable. Austin our sales rep was Fantastic and even the finance number crunchers were fair and explained in detail all that was going on.They had the best selection of vehicles which is rare right now. I highly recommend!

Making an appointment for oil change by phone is almost impossible. I wait almost 5 minutes on hold only to have a recording tell me ...Your call cannot be completed. I decided to drive to Darlings and schedule an oil change.

So far, no complaints. We are newer customers to this place and are traveling out of our way to come here. Our local Ram service dept has just failed miserably with every interaction over the last couple years.Darlings Augusta is proving to be worth the time and effort. Very nice facility, very professional employees, and top-notch service received so far.Thank you.

The service center here is great. No complaints at all. Prices aren't to bad, the staff is good about keeping you updated and communication. They also call with an appointment reminder.
