We purchased our first Hyundai from Darling's Hyundai and I must say that I was totally impressed with the Sales and Finance staff. I have purchased several vehicles throughout my life, but, this was the least stressful I have ever been. The salesman (Craig) listened to what we were interested in, and, took the time to find a vehicle to our liking and within our budget. At no time did I ever feel like I was being pushed into making a rushed decision. The finance staff took the time to go over all of the necessary paperwork, and, never once made us uncomfortable by pushing an extended warranty on us. One of the best car buying experiences of my life. I would highly recommend Darling's Augusta to anyone looking at purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Tyler Moulton was great to work with, He found exactly what we wanted in record time and set it up to make it happen. We were done with the whole process in under 24 hours which included getting the vehicle from an outside dealership, paperwork, travel time etc. Easy and painless. 10/10 would recommend!

I love working with this team. I’ve worked with Gary Mitchell to buy 3 vehicles in 3 years and he’ll be my go to person for my next vehicle too! Shout out to Jason Decker and Nate Marquis as well for the negotiation and finance part of the process. The whole process was easy, smooth, and I never felt “sold”. They guided me through the purchase and helped present options for me to make the decision that worked best for me. Kudos to the team! I’ll be back for sure.

I just purchased my new Kona at Darling's, and I absolutely love it. The entire experience was superb, starting with my sales rep Jeffrey, and ending with the delivery of the vehicle. I have owned many different vehicles, Audi's, Subaru's, Honda's, Toyota's, and Lexus. I probably missed something, but you get the point! By far, the Kona is my favorite and it was such a pleasure to be respected as a customer at the dealership!

I have never given a one star review in anything before. I generally keep my frustrations under my hat and just take my business elsewhere if it bothered me enough.Something changed here recently. I went to get warranty work done to my Hyundai. I have always gotten a rental/loaner car for the duration of the repair which generally was for a day or two.Today, I went in for what is easily an all day repair (windshield wiper motor, broken interior trim, charge port door) and was told that I have to pay for the rental this time.I asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to Lance, who claimed to be the GM/part owner of the dealership. I have my doubts about that claim, I’m sure he was just a sales manager.He told me he wouldn’t give me a “free” rental car. I told him I didn’t ask for a free anything, I just wanted to get a rental car that they get paid for by the warranty that I paid for in the purchase of a $55,000 new car.Lance inferred that, as a fellow business man, I must simply understand that he can’t lose $35 a day on a rental (that he will definitely be reimbursed for by Hyundai), and I should understand that. I told him I have given up more for less to keep my customers happy and my reputation in tact. My reputation keeps my business busy and thriving.Clearly, Lance can’t be part owner of this business as real business owners understand that relationships are a long game worth winning.Or maybe he is, and they are having a hard time making the mortgage on that monstrosity of a building.In either case, it is probably worth avoiding doing business with an establishment that has incentives which push them away from your best interests as their customer.I will never go back there to waste my time and have my integrity and intelligence insulted. I strongly advise anyone who reads this to do the same.
