Apparently this place has never seen an out of state ID before… I went to the counter with my items, and handed the employee my REAL OHIO ID. He took it to the manager, and he told me to leave his store. I told him that was my real license, and he didn’t believe me. Keep in mind, I’ve already been coming here for weeks!? I even told him to come look at my Ohio license plate!! Anyway, don’t come here, the manager is of the nastiest person i’ve ever talked to. Thank you Damon’s for a terrible and embarrassing experience!

I can’t say enough about Damon’s Liquor Store. From management down to clerks at the front. Polite, professional across the board. We live in Maine because it’s the most beautiful place in the world. That comes with a little price in means of accessibility to what we’re looking for across the board. I’ve been looking for these tea’s forever with no avail or anyone to help me. Then I found Damon’s liquors, success at last. Thank you Damon’s you rock!

I purchased an IPA variety pack which I learned after opening the case had a best buy date from October 2023. I purchased this June 2024. When attempting to return it I was told the other cases had the same date and they would not refund or exchange for other items. Any IPA drinker knows this is way passed peak drinking time. I except way more from a craft beverage store.

Large parking area
It's new and so far looks great inside. Large selection of drinks, prices are a tad higher than Bootleggers.
Staff... they look a little rough. Friendly but one was a little twitchy.
If I'm in the area, I might stop in.

Stopped in after work for a single beer. They have a great selection of imported and domestic beer as well as a fine line of microbrews. The store is neat and clean and well organized. My only problem was the lady behind the counter eating fried chicken while ringing on the cash register. Licking her fingers and picking at her teeth while helping customers? Just plain nasty and unprofessional. It's not the first time I've seen her eating while working. How does she get away with this?
