A big shout out to Lisa in the pharmacy. After the big flub with Walgreens she worked diligently to have my prescription moved to this location so I could have it tonight instead of maybe Monday!!! LISA THANK YOU !!!!

Open does not mean open. I checked the website three times to make sure the pharmacy was open. It says open until 9. Please change it. It closes at 5. It is a 45 minute turnaround for me and I would have come earlier. These are anti-seizure meds. Not happy.

The staff here is always helpful and friendly. I come here frequently to pick up prescriptions. If you have an extra are account, you can get $5 off anything for every 10 prescriptions. It helps here and there. I also drop off UPS packages here a lot. This store tends to be pretty well stocked. It is also kept neat, clean and well organized. There is no public restroom however. You'll have to go over to Hannaford across the street for that.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to get medications from. What a joke. 8 hours to fill a prescription. I called to get an update 7 hours in, and they said it would ready by the time I got there. I arrive 40Minutes later, they said, 20 more minutes, and when that was up, they said another 10 minutes… the last time I came here to pick up a medication, they let me know 20 minute prior to closing that that it was ready….. I couldn’t make it in time for an antibiotic that was delayed yet again, due to their lack of service. Terrible work ethic, poor time management, and I highly suggest going to a pharmacy that can actually do their job.

Never have your meds ready on time. You have to go back once or twice everytime. Things "were never sent from your doctor" even though your doctor, who you never have problems with, says they sent it and even called it in for you. They will expedite if you sit there and wait for it, but even then they say 30 minutes and mean 60. I have never once had a simple or easy experience with this pharmacy. And forget calling them before you go in to be sure your meds are ready. They will not pick up.

Went here a while back for a covid test in the early years of the pandemic. Didn’t wait long in the drive thru and the test didn’t take long to do. Pharmacist was very helpful, patiently walked me through every step. Got my results back fast, too. Much better experience here than at the Bath location.

\"Shanon\" is the person that appears in the receipt, but I don't know if that was the first or the last person that attended me. The experience was horrible, poorly trained employees. I just wanted to buy Allegra, the first lady asked me how many Allegra I wanted, I told her \" I don't know what quantity presentations you have\", she got really irritated and walked away on me saying \"I can't help this person\", immediately after someone else took over and everything went well afterwards. I'll never shop again at that store.

Was having a bad day and went inside to try to find a phone charger to get use. The manager charged my phone and really was nice to do that. I was able to fix my day just by her kindness. It meant a alot.

Continue to experience refill problems for OVER a year, where I will request refill, receive notification it will be ready and then find out it’s not. Be told it’s ordered and arriving next day, and again it’s not. Then be told that I need to have the doc send new order for comparable med, versus the pharmacy calling the doc office. Moving all my rxes to new pharmacy so I can save myself time and support a business that might actually care about the customer.

I have to refill a prescription monthly.My provider sends to this pharmacy. If I do not call CVS and tell them (ask permission is more accurate) to fill what has JUST been sent, they will not fill it. Period. Does everyone have to do this? Every elderly person, every one that fills their meds?Wouldnt the CVS phones be tied up indefinitely?I was under impression that a provider sends the order, the pharmacy receives it, the pharmacy fills it. That has been protocol everywhere else I've filled medication.Why do I have to ask permission every time?My provider sent my prescription yesterday morning. I forgot to call and ask permission. When I called this morning, 24 hours later, they hadnt filled it. I have to wait until this afternoon.Am I the only one that experiences this?
