Not only was he polite and timely, but he went out of his way for us after a long day on a big job. Cannot recommend enough and will always call Eric first! Thank you for helping us out of a bad situation with a battery replacement on the side of the road in the dark done in no time at all!

Eric was amazing. We had an EV vehicle which can be complicated. But Eric jumped at the chance to help me. His knowledge on my vehicle was excellent and his customer service was amazing. I highly recommend calling Eric at Commercial Roadside for any towing needs.

Never call this guy and expect him to be honest. Bad business!! Lying business owner!!He came and plugged my tire for 75$ and said it would make it to where I was heading. It didn't I called back and asked for a tow. He said he wanted to help me out asked if I could get another tire brought to me. Told me if I could he would come and change it onto the rim so I could get home. Mind you I'm sitting on the side of a main road a 12 am. So I called and got my 72 yr old father out of bed. And this guy turned off his phone!! After he specifically asked for me to get a tire and he would fix it.! Left me stranded at midnight alone on a busy road.Instead of just saying sorry he wouldn't help. He refused to tow me saying he didn't have anyone to drive the tow truck even tho he had said he was in wiscasset just got done towing a guy home.He not only charged me 75$ to fix my tire that didn't make it even five miles down the road he lied and left me stranded in the middle of the night.Needless to say Im angry and out 75$

My truck broke down on my way to camp. It was late in the evening and i contacted Commercial Roadside Assistance. They responded in a very quick manner and they were very professional. I got my truck towed and was able to get on my way. I highly recommend them for your emergency needs.Service: Car towing
