This place has a serious problem with communication. I called twice for them to take me off of automatic refill and they never did it. So twice they filled my oil for over 700 dollars i now called in a third time and literally begged them to take me off finally they take me off. I call in again to get oil and prepaid 300 so i wouldn't have a balance. My tank only took 93 dollars i call in ask what happens with the remainder of MY MONEY and they said you can either use it to pay a balance you owe or use the balance for your next oil fill. So i call in to get oil usinf my credit i have and they tell me thats not what we do their employees gave me wrong information and they are allowed to do anything they want with my money so the representative in the Augusta maine office is a complete liar and ive never had such horrible communication with a company and even owning their mistake and wrong information they gave me will do nothing to rectify the situation ive never had such horrible communication in my life. Definitely will be going to the BBB. Learn your policy and stop relaying wrong information to your customers

I had been a customer for 3 years and had always paid ahead on my account. I ran out of oil for my furnace last night. I called them first thing in the morning for a fill. They said it would be five days before they can do it. It's winter and my water pipes will freeze before that. I closed my account with them and now they tell me it will take 3 to 4 weeks before they can reimburse the money I had in it. I don't recommend then!

I’m ordering K1 today ????. I tend to over do it. Eating right and getting plenty of rest are not something you have an abundance of extra time for. Sometimes you just aren’t able to have a snow blown path to the tank or even a shoveled one and sometimes you just don’t want to get out of bed because it’s cold, you’re cold. So arrangements are in place so you don’t have to and not even once have I ever heard a complaint or denial due to the fact the path hasn’t been perfect. Sometimes I would worry that a driver might be stuck in the snow so I would keep my eye on the time and go out and try to rescue them need be or get help anyway, looks can be deceiving when it comes to snow thickness, I know I got stuck once and I wasn't doing snow angels. That’s the kind of service you get with CN Brown. Thank you from my heart. I don’t like to be cold Denise

Always double check with the driver what is owed and what was given. Driver gave me wrong amount due and he didn’t bother to count what I gave him. Apparently I gave him 20$ less than what was due. I can’t pay till pay day (two days away) and I can only hope that I’m not charged a late fee because the driver didn’t count what I gave him, or double check what I owed.

I tried to call three or four times to see if I could switch to them. No one answered the phone at all. There is no voicemail set up or anything. They lost a customer

Very good luck with them since I switched about 3 years ago. Pricing is always good and fair, even lower than many others. Friendly and helpful.

Extremely customer friendly. When we had frigid temperatures last year and everyone was out of oil Fieldings stopped answering their phones, C N Brown employees were compassionate and diligent. I have since had nothing but exemplary customer service from the office on Riverside Dr in Augusta. Bravo customer service and friendly people who care do exist.

They are always very friendly everytime I call to order some fuel. I have had the same delivery person for over 10 years now. Randy is a wonderful driver he along with some of your other drivers going above and beyond just to make sure their customers stay warm! Thank you for hiring such caring drivers. Would give 0 stars if possible. Waited 2 weeks for oil only for them to cancel on us the day of delivery because they said they had truck issues, which is understandable things happen but they did not put us back in their system! Now I will have to wait another 2 weeks to be put back in their system and I will have run out of oil by then. Thanks guys...
