After having bought my first brand new vehicle in 2005 that I ever had from there (lasting 19 years and over 310k miles), it was time to get another vehicle. My only real choice was going back for my next Toyota. Kurt and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in choosing the right vehicle that fit my needs and budget without being pushy at all.

Charlies Toyota has been by far my best experience when it comes to car dealerships. Jason and the team were fanominal to deal with. Great service, great stories, and over all it was a great time. I'd recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to visit Charlie's! I know I'll be back when I'm ready for my next vehicle!!

Charlie's is the best dealership I've ever been to. I'm 77 years old, so I've been to. I bought my first Tacoma in 1978. It have a 110 HP. It got me from Pacifica California to Alaska back to westboro Massachusetts.

My wife and I have purchased four vehicles from Charlie’s Toyota, Charlie's Subaru, and Charlie’s Kia. Their superb service departments are the reasons why we return to Charlie’s. Not once have we been disappointed. Prices are competitive and the work is excellent. I will say, though, that the sales department wavers very little from the sticker price.
But overall, Charlie’s earns our business, respect, and gratitude.

Charlie's made the car buying process painless and as a woman, they never talked down to me or made me feel stupid. There were no ridiculous dealer fees, everything was straightforward. They even delivered my new car to my house so I wouldn't have to drive the 3 hour round trip for a 3rd time. I love my new car, thank you Chris, Sean and Travis!

Great experience, was able to test drive within mins of arriving. Price was tagged on vehicle, no guessing game. Finance was fast and smooth, drove my new car home within 3 hours of arriving.
