This is our 6th vehicle that we have purchased from Charlies over many years. The service has always been exceptional . We are welcomed, listened to and informed about the vehicle purchased. Staff is knowledgeable, polite and patient. Management / financing have always worked with us to purchase the most affordable vehicle for us.

I received exceptional service from Charlie’s after buying my vehicle. The service manager Ron is a very nice man who cares. Car salesman was exceptional as he took a back seat and let the car sell itself. Car sales are important but the dealership should be measured by how they maintain and service the vehicles they’ve already sold. They do well at that.

I have never had a disappointing experience at Charlie's Subaru, whether it's buying a new car (which I just did on July 26, 2024) or having service work done (which I always have done at Charlie's Service Department.) They are friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, flexible, and willing to go the "extra mile" to ensure customer satisfaction.

I just have to say this was my first time buying a new car and I couldn’t of had a better experience, easygoing the salesman wasn’t trying to make me feel pressured at all, I can’t say the same for evergreen Subaru I called up mark at Charlie’s told him my situation within an hour of that phone call I was sitting in my new 2024 Impreza the team at Charlie’s Subaru showed me how easy car buying really can be and straightforward I have no complaints and want to say thank you for getting my family into a affordable out of this world safe car thank you again??

Mark and Kyle are superior at their jobs. I was treated with respect and courtesy, My questions were all answered. It is my second time at Charlie’s Subaru and we also bought a truck from Charlie’s Chevrolet. My favorite dealership ever. Love my new Subaru!

My salesman Mark really worked to find me the right vehicle within my budget. He was extremely informative and showed me multiple models so I could make a choice I was happy with. Mark went out of his way to inform me of all the features in my Crosstrek and got me setup so I was ready to drive away comfortable in my new car. Overall, I am loving my new Subaru and am extremely happy with my experience at Charlie’s.

Purchased a new outback, I generally HATE to car shop but our salesman Mark was great, informative, no high pressure, worked with us while we decided on the exact right vehicle for us. Finance staff was also easy to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

My car issue was pretty tricky but the staff here spoke with my mechanic to help find the issue. They also answered all of my questions and took the time to fully explain what was happening with my car and what the next steps were. Andy was very helpful and patient!
