Anthony was great to work with, was not pushy, and was very knowledgeable. We were looking at cars for my daughter and he made sure that all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. We will go back to him next time we need a vehicle.

Recently, I purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross S SE from Charlie's Dealership in Augusta, my first brand-new car. The Mitsubishi department's salesman, Anthony LaVersa provided exceptional service with his extensive knowledge and attention to detail. He went above and beyond by demonstrating the car's electronic features and helping me download an app that granted access to the safety features. I also worked with Jamie from the finance department, who gave me a fair deal on my cash purchase, in addition to the car's rebate. There was a small hiccup in the processing of the rebate, but Charlies sales manger Jeff called me the next day and was extremely apologetic and accommodating.

I got a new car today, and I couldn’t have done it without Anthony! He answered all of my silly questions, kept me entertained with funny stories while we waited for paperwork to go through, AND made me a darn-good latte. It doesn’t get much better than that.
Thank you Anthony, (and the rest of the Charlie’s crew), for making this whole experience so easy and stress-free!

Bought A 2023 Mitsubishi outlander Sport ES for a different place called to get warranty work done and was told they are not taking new customers unless you buy from them. What kind of dealership does not warranty the vehicles they sell. Call the dealership in Skowhegan much better people and attitude. Would never recommend a dealer with no scruples. This is the second time calling Charlies never again.

Anthony is the most amazing, helpful, no pressure, utterly wonderful salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I got exactly what I wanted A brand new cherry red 2024 Mitsubishi SEL. Plus Charlie’s gave me an amazing trade-in value for my vehicle. Anybody who is interested in either buying a Mitsubishi or a preowned vehicle should ask for Anthony he goes way above and beyond for his customers. You won’t regret working with Anthony?.

Anthony was/is a great salesman~ He was a very good listener when we were there. We tried a number of different vehicles until he found just the right one for me, driving up in a Honda HRV, which I ended up purchasing and I really like it. I can't express how easy and understandable Anthony made my purchase. This is the second new car I've bought in my life and dealing with him/them over at Charlie's made me realize how bad the people who sold me my first car were.
10 out of 10 Would recommend Anthony specifically to a friend.
