Great service. Friendly staff! Ryan was very nice! It was my fifth oil change so it was free! I purchased my tires there, so the rotation was free. Vehicle was purchased there, so inspection sticker was free! Free, free, free! Then, got my car washed....and that was free! Yay!

Always very friendly, thorough, and professional. Fair prices for excellent work. I have 142,000 miles on my CR-V and have taken it there since it was brand new in 2018.

Great service as always! I called for an appointment and they took my car in on time, explained the services and cost, and completed the work in less time than estimated.

We needed some bodywork on our new Honda and found the bodyshop at Charlie's to be efficient, honest, and very pleasant to work with. They also fixed a few other things then and there as they discovered them in their inspection of the vehicle. We've purchased two vehicles from Charlies, had both served at Charlies and have found Charlies to be the best, most attentive and most cost effective option for all of our Honda vehicle needs.

The entire team at Charlie’s were incredibly professional, knowkedgeable and pleasant throughout the entire process of purchasing our new Pilot TRAILSPORT. Misty was able to answer all our questions regarding the Pilot,
point out the many new features, and set up everything the way we wanted it before leaving the dealership. She followed up the next day to ensure everything was going well. We have bought several vehicles at Charlies dealerships through the years and have always found the same exemplary experience each time. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I have always had a good experience with the Service Department at Charlie’s Honda in Augusta. And today was the same. They always greet me as if I am the most important customer they have that day. They always consult with me before they do anything else that they have found that may need attention. Or bring to my attention anything that might be coming in the future so I can arrange for repairs. Excellent service. I love my Honda!

Although the service for my Honda was not inexpensive, there were no surprises and I knew well in advance what to expect. Charlie’s Honda has an outstanding crew that is clear and pleasant to deal with.
