SERVICE CENTER: Was driving through Maine from southern New England for the long weekend. As we were approaching Augusta, a few lights came on in my 2012 Honda CRV even though it had just been serviced 6 days earlier at my local dealership in Massachusetts. I pulled into the service center and one of the guys there looked at it (youngish guy with an earring and blonde-reddish hair, wish I caught his name). He ended up checking a few things, determined the problem and found a solution that got us through the rest of the drive. He didn't charge us a thing! Thank you for making a frustrating event much easier and less stressful!

Went to Charlie's Honda and found a 2018 Civic advertised as certified. Negotiated a price based on that it's certified. Turned out, after I requested the certification report it's not. Surprise! The color listed on Carfax and title indicates it's maroon. It's not, it's black. Was told it is "burgundy black" - that's not what is on the title. Didn't look closely enough at this dirt covered car but strongly suspect it's been repainted and thus not certified although they claimed it was because of a couple of "dings" on the quarter panel The car was too dirty to tell with the photos they sent to me. Tried to renegotiate a price for the misinformation and they politely told me to "go pound sand. " Would you, upon discovering a vehicle is listed and advertised as certified, only to discover it isn't and that the colors advertised don't match up, buy it? What else is wrong with this vehicle?

When you’re 1300 miles from home and have a leaking rear differential, you hope for the best. Wow! We absolutely got the very best from Charlie’s Service Manager Mark Daigle! We had visited a service department in Florida, but our experience there was questionable. We then called Mark in Augusta, who agreed to call the dealership we had visited to discuss the issue. Because it appeared that it would be appropriate to have another service department inspect our vehicle, Mark also arranged another appointment for us. Our vehicle was serviced promptly and successfully, thanks to Mark. It puts my mind at ease to know we can contact Mark and receive help immediately. Thanks so much, Mark!

Today my husband and I purchased a 2020 Honda Odyssey EXL, from Charlie’s. It was a fantastic experience, top notch! From the phenomenal customer service, from our sales agent, Ben... to their state of the art facility! The process was made comfortable and stress free. Everyone was overly accommodating and extremely friendly! Our sale was completed in a timely fashion and we were on our way. We could not be more pleased with our experience. We are so happy with our decision to travel to Charlie’s and give them the opportunity to treat us right! Highly recommended!

Worst experience in my life. If you're a woman, I recommend you shop elsewhere. I bought a CRV from there and the sales manager was a total j**** He wouldn't look me in the eye, when talking to me. My boyfriend told him to stop talking to him and to talk to me, because I was the one buying the car. A year later I knew I had a wheel bearing going, so I took it to Charlie's to have it fixed. The service manager was rude, condescending, and kept questioning me, repeatedly. I finally asked him if he was talking to me in his rude manner, because I'm a woman and he thought I was stupid. He backed off when I told him I didn't appreciate him speaking to me that way. Needless to say, that was the last time I walked through the door of Charlie's Honda. I bought a new CRV, but not from Charlie's!
