Made an appointment three months ago. The appointment comes up, and they have the audacity to say that because my car wasn’t purchased at Charlie’s I could no longer get my car fixed at Charlie’s. When I ask them how long they have known this information for they say at least a month or longer. When I asked why they didn’t contact me to let me know they had no response. Not only that, but they tried to tell me that my insurance would give them a hard time as well. So I waited three months for absolutely nothing. Now I have to not only find another place that can fix my car, but I also work with my insurance.

Twice these guys have screwed up on my estimate. Somehow lost my information? Then have the wrong info, (Blamed it on the computer instead of the "technician" that actually looked at the truck).Then they tell me to just bring this vehicle a Ford garage. WOW. This reminds me of why I don't buy vehicles from any of the charlie dealerships.

Kim is amazing, she knows ALL the things about her job & has excellent follow through & communication skills. We've had several vehicles brought there over the years & the body shop personnel does a great job as well, highly recommended & will use them in the future if need be!!

Charged me 3500 for rear bumper when questioned about it they saturated and tire interior with bright white Armor All which has stained the fabric for months now

Charlie's Collision Center has a Great staff!! So friendly, helpful, and understanding. They did a great job fixing my car! (My baby?) It took a couple weeks to get it fixed but the first date available to get it in was three days after I got it back so because they had it there they worked it in earlier when they could. I had to contact them a few times for updates but they were always great! I would definitely go back to them if needed (but I really hope it's not.) lol

I have to thank the team at Charlie's for giving me such wonderful customer service while they had my car after an unfortunate car accident. While the repairs took about 5-6 weeks due to their abundance of jobs, and waiting on vendors they never kept me out of the loop on the timeframe. They also called me and let me know my rental with enterprise was expiring one day meaning I would have to pay out of pocket so to save me money they brought my enterprise rental back to enterprise for me and gave me a free rental through the rest of repair time, which let's face it was really going above and beyond.

My experience with Charlie's Collision Center has been rather poor. My car had been rear ended and sustained some damage -- a sizable dent and a broken tail-light. When I contacted my insurance company they told me to use Charlies, as they work closely with them and that it'd help the process a bit. I brought the car in on 2/11/2017 and as of right now, 3/24/2017, I still haven't gotten my car back. I've received no calls or e-mails giving me updates on the situation and every time I call to ask about the vehicle they push back the completion date. As of right now it's been pushed back maybe 4 or 5 times, the only reason I was aware of the push-back was due to the fact that I had to keep calling/harassing them for information. I would've been more accepting of this whole process if they had decent communication/provided updates, but alas, I was left in the dark and given no real information about the status of my car -- to be honest, it feels like I'm pulling teeth to get just a quick situation on how far along the fix(s) are. Perhaps other's have had a better experience than I have, but this might be my last time working with Charlies for a repair.

They did a nice job fixing a small repair that someone else had done poorly! I would take another repair job there in a heart beat, plus they have rentals available on site!
