Shotty repair, had to send back for not being fully repaired, tried to stick me with the rental bill. refused to cover lifetime warranty. Didn't do a full repair. They got 11k though.

Carons Auto Repair ***** worse than any car company - of any type - Ive ever dealt with. - Been waiting seven weeks for a car I was told would take two.- Was promised call backs for updates I never got. Email updates kept moving the time back and deadlines I did have were not met.- Was lied to repeatedly about parts (first they had them, then they didnt, then they did)- ***************** had to get involved before they would finally finish the car.- They wont let me pay for the car and take it home because they dont take cash. After I told them yesterday thats how we needed to pay and they said nothing.

Had 2 doors replaced after a side impact a couple years ago. Guy at the desk was great. Replacement doors work as well as speakers so I was happy about that. However, after leaving, racing to work, and getting home the next day i noticed there was interior cosmetic damage and the handles do not match my car so that was kind of disappointing. Reached out a couple times within the year after that after noticing the damage and was told there's nothing that could be done. I assumed thats just how it is when you get your car repaired after an accident and let it go. Id probably consider somewhere that pays attention to details but otherwise decent service. Guy at the front desk really helped me understand the process as it was my first accident ever as well as collision repair experience. I wish my car looked as it did before the accident but I chalk it up as thats just how it is.

They took my car in as soon as they could to replace the headlight and replace the drivers door. Came back looking like it came out of the showroom, couldn't have picked a better place to take my vehicle.Service: Body & Trim
