There has been a shopping cart at my residence brought over by someone while I was in jail. This cart has been here for months while I have made multiple attempts to call Big Lots and have it removed by someone with a truck as I cannot fit it into my car. So far, no one from Big Lots has claimed it. I don't want to walk all the way across town with it! Can someone please do something about this infraction? Please?

The staff was very helpful and quick to get me answers or even suggest other stores that might have what I was looking for.
They have a vast assortment of furniture and household supplies. However, if you're looking for something to keep the littles occupied, such as toys, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Though they do have a small assortment of toys, about half an isle full, and these are geared towards the younger toddler, maybe kindergarten aged child.

This is a Big Lots like most of the others I have been in. A good selection of items. I could swear that when I started shopping at the chain, a lot of the prices were discounted as you'd expect in a discount store. You know the sort that buys out stock in other stores or obtains close to expiration date stuff. Now it strikes me as just another retail department store. But I have no grief with it; I just don't buy as much as I used to.

They have grate stuff grate prices,and even the bathroom was clean ,check out is good no long waits, lots of parking for everyone.

I just was at the Big Lots in Augusta, Maine. Rick, one of the staff, was helping me big time and he answered the phone. I could tell someone told him he was rude and I was right. Just to set the record straight, I was standing right in front of him and he WASN'T rude. He certainly helped me many times over.
