I visited yesterday this location and actually had a wonderful experience. The sales rep Noah (only rep on the floor for the morning) made sure that I got all the product needed to complete the set up of my home theater. Unlike the Portland Mall location there is a greeter that addresses you and puts you in a que. Sales reps are not pushy and I like that.

I went in to inquire about a product. I was told they don't sell said product. So I went to Walmart. Also no luck. I looked up the product to order online only to find it on Best Buy website in stock at the store

Small town location so it’s not the Best Buy you are expecting if your from a city but it has basically everything you might need and the staff is friendly and quicker then bigger locations on helping you. The only real problem is being in a small town surrounded by smaller towns is delivery can take a while. I’m over a month on getting a replacement washing machine delivered but that is a small town location thing I guess.

We needed a new microwave and BestBuy was our first stop. We were greeted when we entered, friendly staff. OK selection, we bought a open box LG which we're happy with. My opinion of BestBuy has improved over the years. They are usually my first stop when shopping. I would have rated a 5 if the se.ection was better., no convection microwave in stock.

Literally sold me an $800 then I arrived to pickup and couldn't find it. After 40 mins they cancelled the order and offered me nothing. What a useless waste of time.

Used them for 2 computers with issues.
Fast turn around.
Recommend them more than trying yourself. More secure than random web solutions. Real person.

Don’t buy Best Buy total tech on apple devices. It’s a scam. Buy I care direct from apple, no matter how much the sales guy talks you into it.
