We went in to have them go over my wife's shipped order, which came damaged. We didn't even bother to open the leaking box. They did and found 4 of 12 hand soaps damaged. They replaced 2 from stock, offered credit or exchanges for the other 2 and cleaned the rest no questions asked.

Their prices for their actual bath/body products arent too bad for the quality. But I literally smelled every single scent they have there and I dont really like any of them anymore. Their candle and home scents are outrageously priced. The customer service at this particular location was awesome though ?

That this us the most highly stocked BBW in maine!!! I found at least 4 3 wicks that haven't been in the other south Portland or auburn locations sense feb.!!!!HOWEVER!!! BOTH TIMES I WENT HERE I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR A ITEM IT WAS RUNGVUP TWICE! PLUS CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR AALE ITEMS! NOT COOL

Love this place. My wife always smells like the body lotions they sell there. N she loves it. So I bought a gift card for her birthday from there. Great smelling place go n check them out.
