“I was about to begin a nearly 1500 mile drive from Augusta Maine to St. Louis. I stopped at the Jiffy Lube in Augusta Maine to get my oil changed and tires rotated to find that my tires had steel belt showing on all four tires. The manager at Jiffy Lube suggested to tire places in Augusta. I called the first one to find an estimate of nearly $1200 for tires and an alignment, and that he wouldn’t be able to do it until late in the afternoon, I then called the tire warehouse and was given an estimate of $650 for alignment and new tires, and that he would be able to get me in As soon as I got there. By the time I walked about a mile into Augusta for lunch and returned, the tires were replaced, the car was in alignment, and I was ready to hit the road.. I was thrilled!”
“They were able to fit me into their busy schedule for much needed new brakes and an oil change on my Mazda3 before I had to take an unexpected road trip for a family emergency.

They were able to get the parts we needed right away, and got us back on the road. They really went above and beyond! We were travelling with our four kids and family dog. Gearheads welcomed one and all like family, offered us a drink, offered to let our dog stay at the garage office overnight if we couldn't find a pet friendly hotel nearby, offered use of a laptop, and gave us all a ride to our hotel, which took two trips because we have such a big family!! “Great service. Friendly staff! Ryan was very nice! It was my fifth oil change so it was free! I purchased my tires there, so the rotation was free. Vehicle was purchased there, so inspection sticker was free! Free, free, free! Then, got my car washed....and that was free! Yay!”
