“WOW!! Michael made an appt. with us via text and asked for a few photos of the area with the dent. It was most likely a door ding and or shopping cart incident and I was not willing to look at it any longer. We were able to meet him at his home as we had plans to travel to our cottage anyway. He was very courteous and greeted us with a smile but we were still apprehensive. We pulled the car into his garage bay and in a matter of 15 minutes he had the dent completely gone and I was beyond surprised. Well worth the money and very very impressed. Hopefully we don’t have to return lol…but if we need him we know where to go.”

“I go here a lot as I like to fix/take care of my own vehicle transport units.They even have specialty tools for rent, although it's only 48 hours. If I need it longer, I will call them to let them know.They always say, "No problem as long as you have the receipt."Also, people like to say, "They gave me the wrong part, well honestly that's not 100% their faults.A really simple way to ovoid this is to look up the part number or call the Steelership to verify you're getting the right part the first time for your application.”

“SERVICE CENTER: Was driving through Maine from southern New England for the long weekend. As we were approaching Augusta, a few lights came on in my 2012 Honda CRV even though it had just been serviced 6 days earlier at my local dealership in Massachusetts. I pulled into the service center and one of the guys there looked at it (youngish guy with an earring and blonde-reddish hair, wish I caught his name). He ended up checking a few things, determined the problem and found a solution that got us through the rest of the drive. He didn't charge us a thing! Thank you for making a frustrating event much easier and less stressful!”
