Out of all the cell phone providers that I have experienced the Augusta AT&T has been the most friendly and helpful. All have been great and Kyle was very helpful today.

Kyle was absolutely useless in assisting me with returning my phone. Despite numerous assurances from other stores that said I could return the phone at his location, he flat out refused to help me and instead left me stranded with a faulty device. To add insult to injury, his only suggestion was that I drive all the way to Portland - a 1.5 hour journey out the way- just to have the Portland AT&T guy say it’s returnable in any location. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed by his complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for customer service. In the end it seemed like Kyle didn’t want to serve me or do his job.

I had a very silly issue that was causing me alot of stress and the very nice worker and Manger had fixed this issue in less the half an hour. Thank you very much yall are awesome

Jackson was patient and helpful. I stopped in on my way to drive to South Carolina and needed assistance. He made it a very seamless process in what was (for me personally) a very difficult day. He jumped right up to assist me when I walked in the door and I am very appreciative of his help

Jackson in the Augusta Maine location was so incredibly helpful and patient with us. He took the time to explain our new phone and bill and was so thorough. He is amazing!!

Options about phone purchase not fully discussed ,I had insurance for old phone no offer or discussion to have it fixed so I could turn it in for an upgrade. Just in a rush to make a sale. Returning phone and changing companies.

Was assisted by nick not only was he extremely knowledgeable about everything he spoke about. He was friendly, polite, and respectful. It was an absolute joy learning from him. Best customer service I’ve had anywhere in quite some time.

To my arrival, I was greeted by both Nick and Jayden. These two managed to help me very quickly and with quality care. They got me the line I wanted, as well as a brand new phone!I would like to thank these two young men :)

The place os good, but the cell phone customer service sucks, the store employees were helpful, but the #s they gave me to call, were worthless, DONT USE AT&T!

The manager is amazing as well as the associates. A very helpful, friendly and informative environment here. I’ve upgraded two of my lines here with no issues and very quick service.

Although the wait was long, it was understandable since one guy was working at the time before a second came in to help everyone out. I got my new Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra set up after switching from Verizon and the transfer process took 10 minutes. They hooked me up with accessories and helped put a screen protector and case on my new phone. Thanks guys!

We went to the Augusta, Maine store tonight and we received the ABSOLUTE BEST BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EVER GOTTEN FROM THE STORE MANAGER, AMANDA.....She was professional, courteous, patient, kind and EXTREMELY EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Amanda had to make several phone calls on my behalf and she had no problem making those calls. She had the answer to EVERY SINGLE question that we asked and she was very fluent in product knowledge. At&t is VERY VERY FORTUNATE to have such an AMAZING and KNOWLEDGEABLE manager like Amanda. We own a business in the area and if we could find employees like Amanda, we would be EXTREMELY EXTREMELY GRATEFUL and BLESSED. Her professionalism and patience is impeccable as well as her friendliness and her willingness to help. Overall, I give this experience a 5 star rating!!!!!

Visited this store on New Years Eve with only 50 minutes to spare before closing. An employee’s worst nightmare!! Yet, due to my profession in healthcare, it was my only option.I cannot thank Nick enough for taking care of EVERYTHING I needed. New phone, adding more family members to the new account, data transfer, etc.He not only answered ALL of our questions but did so in a friendly, confident, and professional manner. Such a GREAT experience and never once tried to rush us out the door. I will be back and will telling ALL my friends and family.This guy gets the job done!
