Thrilled that I found Al’s, after all the worries I wouldn’t find any mechanic in Augusta I could rely on & could take the car in.
Clear explanation of what the problems were & cost, which was about what I expected. and they went out of their way to get the parts and fix these problems…on a Friday. Plus they offered me free shuttle service to/from work.
They also use texting as a service, which I love. Very friendly & great service!!

The staff is friendly, thorough and prompt. They kept me updated on the progress and did a great job. It’s such a plus to have someone local who can service my Tesla!

Everything was good was treated respectfully kindly I'm an older person so and I'm a woman so I don't understand some of that stuff and they explained it so I could understand it very very nice people and honest a five-star operation all the way good people honest people caring people

I called 5 other shops when I ended up having a brake failure 600 miles from home and with just 2 days left before I had to leave. Al's should have been my first call. When the others said no, Al's said yes, we'll squeeze you in. Not only did they get my truck done in time, they were great to work with! Their inspection also found some issues I wasn't aware of including a bulging brake like that could have broken leaving me without any brakes had it burst while I'll was driving. If that wasn't enough, they also gave me a cell number to call in case I had any issues on the way back home since the shop would be closed. They checked on me this morning to make sure I'd made it home safe. I can't speak more highly of a shop.

What a great group of people. Extremely friendly and they are very good about keeping you up to date with what’s going on. I have a car from 1979 and they treated it like it was new. I definitely recommend Al’s Certified Auto Repair. I’ll be back!!

I would like to thank Al's for their honesty and integrity concerning my recent visit. They were so nice and helpful regarding my 2007 Yaris. I love this car however they informed me that the rust damage to my car was very extensive and would be costly to repair if it could be repaired. The bottom line the cost of repairs would exceed the value of the car. As a travel nurse I depend upon my car. They gave me sound advice and I am currently in the process of buying a new car. They saved me from investing further in a nice little car that had seen better days. Once again thanks you AL.
