Extremely dissatisfied with the changes at the self check out station.
Everything worked so well before the 15 item or less change that they have now adopted. This increases the length of the checkout lines and it took three times longer to check out. Very very unhappy ?
Along with and incompetent cashier that could comprehend 30 cents from a dollar left 70 cents. Come on.

Not impressed with their auto place/tire installation. I ordered my vehicle 4 new tires online and made an appointment for Walmart to install. I paid an extra 160$ for an all tire warranty. Which covers a lot. I went and got an alignment right away after the install. After 6 months I had a single tire go completely bald on the outside. I went and made sure my alignment was still correct and then went to Walmart to use my warranty and get a new tire. They refused to help. They refused the lifetime rotation and balance that i paid for and wouldn't give me a new tire. Very upset. I'm not sure why I paid 160$ for them just straight refuse service. Don't buy tires from them. Do NOT pay for the warranty. It's useless!

Shutting down the self checkouts is the stupidest thing you morons could do. I am done shopping at walmart. That's the 3rd time now I've gone in and had to wait in line almost 3 times longer than it took me to shop. When you have 100 people with full carts waiting to check out and only 3 cashiers who are slower than most grandmas and you wonder why people keep leaving their carts and walking out. You are losing far more money now in lost sales than you were losing due to theft. I had probably about $300 worth of stuff in my cart and after waiting over an hour to check out, guess what I did? Yup, I left it and walked out. Screw walmart. Ya'll are idiots.

Great shopping experience. Had everything I needed. Workers and fellow shoppers are friendly and self checkouts work great. I have a poop fetish. Lots of allergy friendly products too. As I'm out of a job, I might consider working here.

July5th,2024Ordering online using subscription is awful hoping this woulda been a better experience then goin to their location but no most fruit or veggies would alredy be expiring upon delivery not lasting more then a few days max,last batch of corn on the cob was alredy past expiration and on this last order putting one item in a bag is not ok,all to upcharge for those awful bagsEVERYTIME They do this!,i got 4items in 3bagsALL COULD HAVE FIT IN ONE BAG!putting one small item in a bag is very grimey!a chocolate bar really smh,..POSTING PICTURES AS THIS PLUS A FEW OTHER REASONS HAS BEEN THE STRAW TO BREAK THE CAMELS BACK!ill use shaws or hannaford and amazon if need be,

Store is trash. Shut down the self checkout lanes to 15 items or less, but only has 6 lanes open for customers. You invented this problem, Walmart. If shop lifting is an issue, then actually fix it with a dozen of lanes open - at LEAST.
