When I went for my inspection at VIP, my car didn't pass. However, the cost of the inspection was credited to me when I got the needed service done, and I was given 30 days for that. I appreciated the credit.

I've had my inspections done here for four years now, ive been pleased with every visit. I like being given access through your email to see what is being done and what is the reason why it may not pass is a great feature. The employee will come talk to you about it, than they get you a quote on the work that needs to be done. Overall, it's always a great experience.

I've been to a number of garages that try to squeeze out ever penny they can, but not here. These people are amazing and their service is unmatched. As a veteran, I can also say that there are many vets on staff and veterans use this shop often knowing they are in good company. One time when I was there, a technician offered to speak to an elderly woman's husband on the phone as she didn't feel confident relaying the information. Another time, a tech was asking if he should put the spare back under a truck or put it in the bed. The manager told him to go the extra step and put it underneath because, "That's why they come here." One time when my car was in for an unexpected burnt clutch, the manager drove me home. I'm not saying he's an Uber, so don't expect it, but that's the kind of people they are.

Here we go everytime i saw a high rated.I want to go and check. I bring my car to check due to transmission oil leakage. What they do they didn't get the details and call me day later telling me the bad news. You have to change the transmission it will cost you such . I took it to my mechanic he fixed for the 10 times less of the price. I just want to put this rewiev for the people they will try to rip in the future do your research. Don't work with Vip if it is not oil change. Btw i found out how they got all this good rewievs. Pretty smart if you make a good rewiev they give you a free oil change ? which let people to misconception.

The team here is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would highly rec. anyone who needs service done on their vehicle go here - prices are very reasonable and they do everything to get you back on the road quickly while explaining any questions or concerns.

I got my car inspected at the Auburn location and it was quick. The people were nice and they even provide coffee for anyone that is waiting. I will be returning when I need my next oil change because their prices look affordable too.

To VIP in Auburn Maine. I want to think the whole staff for taking care of my vehicle as well as my daughter's vehicle and some of my friends. Bob, Dan, Philip, and the whole staff. You guys are amazing. I am so honored to have you guys take care of my vehicles. See you tomorrow for my oil change. Bob don't forget to bring the donuts. LOL. The guys at VIP in Auburn ME do their best to make my experience with their service of my car positive and successful. This time I was towed in with multiple issues and within 24 hours or less I was back on the road confidently and cool (weather was wicked hot and humid...my broken AC was chillin' again!). Everything else was working great too. This ol' lady is now a happy driver again!
