55.00 for a gas cap to an 03 buick lesabre. There 18.00 right in the store. Frank threw my wife more lies. When they jacked the passenger side they put it under from and spread out the fender on my wifes mint car. They put epoxy to cover the damages and never told us. I dont want apologies i want reimbursement to fix damages. I have never seen such horrible people with frank such a lyer to her. Said she could have the 55.00 for cap. Back. How does corporate approach a rip off and his distruction of fender. Capt.Ron Wagner

Scammed at the Farmington, ME location. For Christmas my dad purchased me one of their coupon books. Offering free oil changes, free tire rotations, money off certain services, etc. I booked an appt. a few days in advance. Upon arrival I gave the gentleman at the counter my coupons for a Free Oil Change and Free Tire rotation. All was well. They took my car in. Less than 10 minutes later a different gentleman approached me to let me know that my one of my calipers was sticking which was making it run hot. He asked if I wanted them to fix it? I had another appt to get to that afternoon, so I the first question I asked was approx. how much longer would it take? Then I asked, How much it would cost? After taking a few minutes to look at the computer the gentleman told me it would be about $87.00 and would take about an hour. So, I gave them the go ahead. About 50 minutes later the car was done. I went to the counter and that same gentleman started to check me out, but then the first person I spoke with upon entering told him he would finish it up so that the guy that quoted me could get on to the next person. THEN, I was given my total... $716.03!!! Needless to say.... I was shocked. I asked him to repeat the amount and was given the same answer. I said... "Ummmm, I am sorry, but I was told I was quoted $87.00." He half chuckled and confirmed I was the right person before saying- the caliper alone cost $262.26. I repeated, "That is not what the guy told me" and so he said let me go double check- he went out into the shop and came back moments later. He then told me that they had done the caliper, but also replaced the rear brakes, pads and rotors- without my consent! In which my response was...' You'll have to excuse me for a moment, while I figure this out, because I do not have $700 to pay for this and NEVER would have agreed to have them fix it for that cost. My Fiancé is mechanically inclined and would have been able to do this job on my vehicle for under $200.00. I had to borrow money from my daughters savings account to pay.
When I got home I told my Fiancé what happened. He called them the next day and the manager he talked to told him, it was a very big misunderstanding. That I must have misunderstood because the quote was actually for $870.00 and that I should be happy because they came in underestimate!!!!!! WHAT!?!?! Let me remind you I went in initially to use a coupon for a FREE oil change and a FREE tire rotation and walked out of there being $700.00 in debt to my 19 year old daughter. The manager did tell my fiancé that they would eat the cost of the labor and would refund that amount to my card. It's been a week and I have not seen the money back in my account yet... which is partially why I am leaving this review. Maybe Corporate Headquarters will be kind enough to look more into this situation and will be willing to do more than chuckle and make me feel stupid and like the "misunderstanding" was my fault.

What a terrible experience I had at the Manchester NH location today. I called days prior to get an appointment to have my tires changed. When I made my appointment I let the woman know that I had my own tires and that I needed the four tires to be put on my vehicle I was quoted a price of $133 to do so which included my tires to be balanced. At that time I also scheduled an appointment to get an oil change and was quoted that price as well. I showed up I spoke with a very kind gentleman I did not catch his name He took my information took my keys and brought my vehicle in the bay. Approximately 15 minutes later another gentleman called my name over and said that I was quoted wrong and that my cost to get my tires changed was not 133 that it was over $300. I question his costs several times and asked him 3x what is juts the cost for my tires, not the other two services I was getting. After my third attempt I simply said could I please just get the cost of the tires to be installed again. He then proceeded to scream in my face and tell me a cost of $190 something dollars. At this point I was completely beside myself not only was he condescending and rude The first three times I asked him what the cost was of just the tires He finally gave me that cost and decided that it was appropriate to yell in my face. At that point I looked at this technician or manager as he called himself Mike, and said to him that there is absolutely no need that you need to yell at me and it is completely inappropriate that you were yelling and screaming at me right now in front of all of these people. I kindly ask him not to speak to me and that manner. At that point you could clearly see that this escalation was getting even higher with him He then proceeded to say to me I don't know who you think you are and who you think you're speaking to in this manner. Apparently it was okay for him to start yelling and screaming at me but when I confronted his behavior he didn't like that very much. I am a paying customer this is not my first time at a VIP store or this location for that matter. I have been to this location on several occasions and it has always been a pleasant experience. This is my first time ever seeing this gentleman at this location and what a terrible horrible experience it was. After all his condescending and yelling and screaming at me I was about to ask for my keys back and leave because it was just a terrible experience and humiliating in front of all these people. Before I got a chance to do that he actually looked at me and said You know what let me do you a favor here's your keys threw them on the countertop and walked away to let the technicians know to take my vehicle out of the bay.
This behavior is completely unacceptable This is not how you treat customers This is not how you treat human beings and not only did I not get my tires changed my oil changed All my windshield wipers put on I left it with nothing and now I need to go ahead and make another appointment at another location which won't happen until after the holidays which I'm supposed to be traveling for the holidays.
I would appreciate that I receive a response directly from VIP and how this matter will be handled and what can be done.

Brought my MKZ in for tire changeover and new tire sensors and an alignment . I had just had the car aligned at a local garage and it did not feel right . I got the car back and headed up center street and couldn't believe it was the same car. I don't think the car has ever handled that good since I bought the car 11 years ago. Thank you guys for an excellent job !! ***** ***

Went an had an alignment done on my truck. Got to my appointment on time, waited 2 hours and the truck still pulls to the right and the steering wheel is cockeyed. Sent a complaint and got an initial reply but havent had a follow up since. Last time I use them for any service.

Last November I bought a complete set of snow tires for my wife's car. With the tire purchase I also got the tire maintenance plan. Two months with the tires I noticed the car drove strange. Went back and they showed me a bubble in the one tire. It took a little while but with the help of the main office and a few stores, they were able to locate a replacement. The market manager himself personally picked up the tires from one store and hand delivered then to the Belfast location. They even set up my appointment to make sure they are installed. No other company has ever gone out of there way to accommodate customers as VIP.Services: Battery

I called vip in rochester NH to have them put in new transmission fluid and drain the old fluid they gave me a price and a appointment for my car I told them my cars information on the phone I drove 45 minutes away to from my home on the date that they set I get there and they told me they can't change my fluid because I have a cvt transmission THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE SCHEDULED A APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE AND GIVEN ME A PRICE IF THEY COULD NOT DO IT I GAVE THEM ALL OF MY CARS INFORMATION UP FRONT ON THE PHONE YEAR MAKE MODEL AND VIN NUMBER. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE ANY VIP AUTO CENTERS THEY WASTED MY TIME. THEY WILL NEVER GET A DIME FROM ME EVER AGAIN. THANKS FOR NOTHING VIP ROCHESTER NH YOU COST YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE A CUSTOMER .

My 2015 dodge Grand caravan drove fine. I went in to Augusta VIP for a winter to summer tire change. I brought my own, they said 2 were bad, I bought 2 new tires and waited almost 3 hrs for the tire change. start to drive off and around 35mph+ car begins took took shake and pulls hard to left. call and report, guy is short with me and I end up returning 2 days later and tell them I had a front end alignment 6 months ago, car was driving fine and now has multiple issues! please rebalance and fix these issues along with retorque. 1hr later guy says we are gonna do a from end alignment just to be sure, I let them know again this was done recently. the comes back out 20 mins later and says you have a bent rim??? when I switched summer to winter other company I went to never mentioned this nor did they after tire change at VIP 2 days prior. Bent rim just magically appeared. I get in my car and drive off car now pulls extremely hard to the right and there is still the rumble. it is sad there is no recourse against this kind of non sense and that there is no camera evidence of there actions. please help! what should do? at least a refund would accommodate another trusted company to fix issues.

I took my car in for four tires and I ended up with them over tightening multiple lug nuts to the point where it actually ruined one of my aluminum wheels to the point where I have to kick the wheel off of my car after taking the lug nuts off as I had to stand on a four-way lug wrench to loosen the lug nuts they over tightened to an extreme. now management as usual tries to make their bull crap childish excuses and do not want to own up to the fact they destroyed one of my wheels on my car.

Took my car there to get the AC compressor replaced. They put one in......never checked it! Took it back, they replaced it again with an additional cost....took it back again because the second hand part didn't work....they replaced it again with additional cost!!! Then when I call to get anything done or help, the people(Morgan) cops an attitude and hangs up! Great “service†great “partsâ€
