I screwed up my phone royally. It talked back at me and you couldn't do a thing to it. I brought it in a nice young man acknowledged me. He said I will be with you soon. Lucky for me it wasn't busy. The guy starts playing with my phone and says what did you do!? He looked stuff up on his phone and in under 5minutes I was thanking him and walking out the door. I work at a bakery and totally forgot to bring something. I asked if he was working the next day and yes he was. I brought in a dozen cookies for the employees to share. He didn't believe that I actually would bring them. He was surprised. I thought what he did for me was wonderful at no charge I could do something nice in return . His manners and friendliness was the best . Thank you!

My husband and I have been with Verizon for over ten years. We went to buy a new cell phone yesterday and the customer service was terrible. It was probably the worst that we have ever experienced from any company. The so called service rep appeared half asleep and totally disinterested in helping us. At one point he said he had to go to the bathroom, came out and totally ignored us from there. We did buy a phone from them because we had to, but we will not go back and have already begun to advise others to steer clear of this store. We are now thinking of changing carriers.

You should be monitoring you staff better, your shaggy haired salesperson and the one with the pony tail brought my wife a 25 year customer to tears on Monday with their rudeness and arrogance I thought it was customer service. Oh for you information she drove across the street and became a T Mobil customer.

I have been with verizon 20 years and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The salespeople in the Auburn store were extremely rude. They were talking to each other about cars and trunks that were big enough to put the bodies, while I was trying to change my plan. They did not engage with me or look away from their phones. I got a here is your new plan you are all set. Didn't explain the plan or want to answer questions, it appeared as if I was interupting them. I am no longer a customer.

Staff is extremely pushy and almost demands getting your license so they can run a credit check on you. Then try to sell you on the most expensive plan they have. I'd stay away from this store. I highly recommend the Wireless Zone location in Topsham for the best customer service around.

I’ve been with Verizon for 13 years and I have never had a problem before in this store . Verizon store in Auburn is not what I used to be.I added a new line to my plan and I was told that I have to activate the phone myself. I never have to do it before with my previous phones, however I did what I could but I needed help and went back for help.I was told that I needed to pay $30 for the service because it would take time. I couldn’t believe it. Specially when three months ago I had a new phone in Lisbon Falls store and I didn’t do a thing. I left the store with a phone working.The lady that was helping me called the Manager Matt Ward after I said that I already paid for service that I didn’t get. Well! The Manager Matt very rude, responded that I need to pay the $30 and that is the end of story… and that is the way it is. Very unprofessional. I never see a manager so unhelpful and rude before. of course I answered back telling him that I couldn’t believe that he was a manager in a very important store..Verizon is not what it used to be.

I just bought a really nice phone and had them install a screen protector a few months ago. The screen protector has bubbled up everywhere and is under warranty. I brought it in to have it fixed. Instead of fixing it, they said they don't have any screen protectors in stock and it's not their issue.Poor service. I could see this answer if I were the one who installed the screen protector, but when I had it installed, the person from Verizon admitted they were uncomfortable with the process and had never installed it on my type of phone before. In addition, the outside screen protector fell off over a month ago. I'm very disappointed in this store and will bring my business elsewhere in the future.

Received new iPhones I ordered and had trouble getting cellular service to switch over to one line specifically.Showed up at opening, was a line of customers waiting, but the staff greeted everyone nicely and there was 4 reps for 4 customers, the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of a phone store ever.Chase was the rep I dealt with mostly he was personable & lighthearted, we had some confusions that weren’t typical. but he helped get to the bottom of it all; service restored and phones traded in.Helped us save a few bucks a month by letting us know a service we already paid for separately could end up being discounted through Verizon.Overall one of the better interactions I’ve had at this store, I’ve been shopping here since I was a teenager about ~15 years.

I was ripped off of a "free iPhone 14" that was promised to me on 9/5 and was ordered and supposed to be delivered on 10/11 I call 611 on 10/12 to get an update and they said it had been cancelled. I was charged on 9/5 for the sales tax. Never received the phone 611 guy named Oscar was really helpful but I went into the store and the First Gentleman who greeted me named Will was very sweet but the other man who's name I'm not aware of but he has braids was a condescending asshole. Shushed me so he could take and walk off with MY phone and talk to 611 to get "their" side. What? No. I told him the way everything was dealt with I wanted to go to a different store and I was told he would give me everything I needed to let me switch somewhere else. I just wanted them to give me my money back that THEY charged me for something I never received and he acted as tho I was the problem. Complete dick. I'll be speaking to corporate.
