I have had home internet 8 months. It was going well until my router failed. They approved me for warranty on it because it’s been less than 12 months. This is where the bad experience started. I haven’t had internet for 4 weeks but of course had to pay for it. Been waiting on a replacement router since 10/18. It was suppose to be overnighted to me. They always have excuses why it didn’t ship. The excuse changes depending which rep you get. It’s now 10/31 I still haven’t received it. I would not recommend this router or this Company. All is well until you have an issue then get ready for poor service throughout. I work in Customer Service and this is the worst I’ve EVER experienced.

Brandon in auburn kept us almost half hour giving us a run round we just wanted price check we walked out we missed our bus he's very confusing and pushyWe said we didn't want accessories and kept pushing us not happy ???

US Cellular is straight garbage in every way, but especially in their customer service, and especially in the Auburn store by Flagship. Been with them since cell phones were a thing, and looking forward to the impending divorce. The associates are incompetent and the store manager is condescending and unempathetic to customer needs.

Warning! Think and read before you use this carrier! Went in and had the worst costumer service experience I have ever had, I had to talk with corporate and the manager there at the store! After this I may need to leave this carrier!

I am a long time us cellular customer and I recently bought a new phone here and added another line to my plan. The salesman in the store first told me that the only phone option I had was the Iphone 14. It was not until I asked further about other models that were on display that I learned that I could purchase older, more affordable models such as the SE or Iphone 12.After getting my next bill, I found that I was being charged for a hotspot on this line, which I never asked for. I called to have this removed, and the representative on the phone told me that this was a requirement to get a credit for the price of the phone. I was never told this in the store. I feel that the salesman's practices were deceitful, and I do not recommend this location. I have had good experiences at other locations, but will not use this one again.

I was told one price and then charged over double of what they told me it’s a rip off they don’t tell you all the hidden fees and all of that very just honest I will be having my phone shut off. I’m going with a different service.

Be careful, make sure you know what’s happen, I was lied to by an employee about the devices they offer and was told the change was just a price difference that the service would remain the same. Lie, I am leaving this company after 4 years, the dishonesty alone makes me wonder if their are other customers they have lie to just to make a sale. Not great business on us cellular part, shame on you! Full disgust

Extremely clean great experience, i over heard a snake oil salesman in the other booth. Listen to their word with caution, insurance might not be necessary.

Terrible in person customer service. New at&t customer and the representative would NOT assist with devices set up. Ridiculous. Not a new customer now. Took business elsewhere
