Very poor communication, when I showed up to the facility for a missing package I was treated not as a customer. Terrible service

It took 10 days to receive a package from Maine. I know it's pretty far from Maine but damn it felt like it took forever! I'm glad I received it and it wasn't damaged. Some packages in the past have been damaged upon getting here.
